Located in Lower Grand Lagoon, this lovely condo for $375 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Beachfront condo on the 6th floor. PERFECT FOR FAMILIES. With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. This spacious unit will comfortably sleep 8 in beds plus 2 on sleeper sofa for a total of 11. The beach and beachside pool are just steps away from your balcony. BEAUTIFUL BEACHFRONT CONDO TWO OF THE THREE BEDROOMS ARE ON THE GULF WITH PRIVATE BATHS! AVAILABLITY: Check our calendar. During Spring and Summer months we only rent SATURDAY TO SATURDAY only. If your dates are not available, check our 4th floor unit VRBO #347687 or our 2nd floor unit VRBO 803395 LOCATION: On Thomas Drive, this unit sits right on the beach on the quiet end of Panama City. You are just minutes away from Pier Park via Back Beach Road buy you can avoid the traffic , noise and parking decks of Front Beach Road. WHO MAY RENT: Families and those seeking quiet accommodations are welcome. The Watercrest is a quiet family oriented complex. It's great for those who want to avoid the loud noise and traffic from party-type places along Front Beach Road or near the Beach-Front bars and restaurants. You must be 25 years of age to rent at The Watercrest. No exceptions. It's a non-smoking, no pets unit! OUR UNIT: Our 6TH FLOOR unit Watercrest unit is BEACH FRONT located at the center of the building and has a nice view of the pool as well as the wonderful gulf front, beach views. Not all Watercrest units have a pool view, ours does. It also has a DIRECT GULF FRONT unobstructed view of the beach from the kitchen, den, and two of the bedrooms. You won't have to wait long for the elevators! Floors 1-6 have their own elevators in addition to the main elevators that service all floors. You'll love this! This unit is 1440 sq feet! The kitchen is nicely equipped with new pots, pans, utensils, plastic ware, etc.. Our brand new fridge has an ice maker. It also has a microwave vent hood, trash compactor, garbage disposer. We provide extra compactor bags. We provide all of the soap for the dishwasher as well. We have installed a nice key pad entry system. You don't have to take a key to the pool or beach and never worry about getting locked out! We will provide you with a key code that is valid for your stay only. THE BALCONY: The balcony is very large and you can access the balcony from either of the two gulf front master bedrooms or the den. We have a table with 6 sling back chairs as well as two lounge chairs. You won't have trouble opening the glass doors. They will open with one finger! AMENITIES: Free high speed internet is provided. Each bedroom has their own bath. We provide all bed linens for beds. We also feature a sleeper sofa. If you choose to use the sleeper, bring your own linens. We have a good selection of board and card games and DVD's. You'll enjoy the many amenities that Watercrest has to offer. The Watercrest has a tennis court, a shuffle ball court and, indoor racquetball court. We have a large pool, a kiddy pool, a huge hot tub, men’s and women's fitness room with a dry sauna. Beach chair service is available, for a fee, from the service provider. PARKING: Watercrest parking is stress free. The parking lot has an ample number of spaces. Parking is very near the elevators. You won't find yourself stressed out in a loading/unloading zone. Your rent includes up to two parking pass. THE WATERCREST HAS A STRICT MAXIMUM OF 2 PARKING PASSES PER UNIT - NO EXCEPTIONS, SORRY. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. PLEASE - NO SPRING BREAKERS - NO COLLEGE GROUPS. THIS IS A FAMILY COMPLEX! We look forward to hearing from you.

Great location, great views and great condo! We were here for the USFA World Series for Softball so location was great. Loved that there was no parking garage actually, made it pretty simple. Elevators were never a problem although the elevator for floors 1-6 didn’t work while we were there but it was ok. I love this condo and I would def stay here again! My only small complaint was none of us liked the trash compactor but that’s personal preference, we just didn’t like opening and closing the door every time! Beds were comfy, plenty of seating, lots of room. Great place!!

ABSOLUTELY loved this place the moment we stepped in. THE VIEWS!!!!!! We had a great spring break mom and kids getaway. We had everything we needed. Lots of beds, great kitchen with new appliances. SUPER CLEAN. Pool was fantastic. We had 1 little incident the morning after we arrived and our Host came over immediately to fix it. I have so many great things to say and no complaints. Really appreciated the binder with all the helpful tips. I would love to stay here again. Such a nice place, felt like paradise. Thank you!!!

This is a wonderful condo. Excellent location in quiet portion of beach. Not a busy beach so plenty of shells to find! Close to gorgeous St. Andrew State Park where we did my daughter’s senior pics! Felt very safe in the condo area and neighborhood area. Security visible at all times. No big parking garages to hassle with! Elevators never bogged down and always very short wait! Great restaurants in the area! Excellent communication with owner! Would rent again!!

Relaxing
This property overall was great condo and location. It could use some updates on the living room furniture and the TV’s in the bedrooms. With different couples retiring to their rooms early and would like to watch TV, it is difficult to watch on a very small tv. The owner was awesome, with the easy checkin and any questions I needed answered. All in all a great vacation!

we love this condo and this unit, this is our second year there. its quiet and clean and we had a great week! Wanda is quick to respond to questions and even leaves a detailed book about things to do and where to eat in the area which was very helpful!

Stayed at this location with a group of 6 people. Condo was large enough to be comfortable for the entire group we could have added a couple more and still would have had enough room. Condo was extremely clean and stocked with all needed amenities to get started. Mrs. Wanda is extremely friendly, helpful, and very quick to respond to any questions. Five star host for sure!!! The location of this condo is incredible as it is on the quieter end of the beach. It was a very peaceful stay and the condo is still within a few minutes of anything you could want to do. The balcony is huge and the view of the ocean and the beach is nothing short of amazing. I highly recommend this unit and host as both were fantastic. We would definitely stay here again. If you book here you will not be disappointed. Great Host + Great Location + Great Property= Great Vacation !!!!!

The condo was perfect. We enjoyed be a little distance from the traffic and busyness of the Pier Park area. This location is perfect for families and relaxation. Wanda was a pleasure to work with and she communicated well. We had absolutely no issues. We will definitely be back! Loved everything about our vacay!

We loved being right on the beach. Checkin was super easy, especially with the key code door. The pool was really nice and we loved the balcony with 3 entrances. No negatives, the place was great. The owner was easy and fast to get answers from!

Amazing Stay at PCB!!
Miss Wanda is a true gem!
She is the real deal when it comes to truly being an amazing hostess! From the detailed emails that helped layout the expectationsnof our checkin and stay to the email concerning checkout she left nothing out.
We have stayed at several different condos including the most recent in May 2020 right down the street at PCB. This condo was so much appreciated. Upon our arrival we found the binder that Miss Wanda has constructed to help the guest's stay so enjoyable and easy to navigate the area. From personal restaurant reviews, differnet area attractions, all the way to listing out every last detail about the specific condo we stayed at. The binder was worth its weight in gold!!
When we come back to PCB we will be sure to contact Miss Wanda direct to see if either of her amazing locations are available.

Another great stay at this condo!
This is at least the 6th time we have stayed at this condo and in this unit. The unit is spacious and so is the balcony. The kitchen is well equipped. We also grill on the outside charcoal grills that are on the floor level. The location is great. Close to restaurants, shopping and grocery stores. If we have to email or text the condo owner they respond promptly. We plan to stay at this unit again next year.

Wanda was amazing and we had plenty of room and comfort in the condo, kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook and property is amazing! Shortest walk to the beach we have ever had and pool was never too crowded!

Rooms were great as well as the property. The extra elevators for floors 1-6 were a big plus, no waiting.
Wanda was very helpful throughout with information and tips about the area. We had some health issues on our last night and she checked up on us after we checked out. Very nice.

Great Vacation
The condo was beautiful! TV in each room which was a plus for my family. Kitchen was very well stocked and that was great since we did eat in quite a bit. The view from the balcony was very relaxing. Wanda (owner) was so prompted on everything and I would love to revisit her property in the future.

Great location, lots of space
Had a great time at this property. The place was exactly as advertised, and I had no trouble getting in touch with Wanda when needed. The location was great, and being on the 6th floor of the building was perfect. Things to note: We did have to wear armbands at the pool area, which I’m just not a fan of, but Wanda let us know that in advance. Also I thought lounge chairs were included with rental, but they are not. Not a big deal, but something to keep in mind. Lastly, I really think the mattress on the king bed should be replaced - it dipped on both sides where people sleep most often, which made it very uncomfortable. Otherwise, the property was fantastic and we had a great experience. I would book with this host again.

Overall experience was good. The noise was so loud because of construction from about 8 till 4 or so you couldn’t the balcony. And even inside the noise was annoying. Was a disappointment that our dishwasher was not working.
