Located in Lower Grand Lagoon, this attractive condo for $183 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. ***ONE OF THE NICEST WATERCREST UNITS AVAILABLE FOR RENT*** 16th floor condo at The Watercrest, PCB. Beach chairs included!! The living room and all of the bedrooms have mounted flat screen tv's with cable. The master bedroom has one King size bed with ocean views and its own private bathroom. The master bathroom has a nice walk in shower with glass doors. The second bedroom overlooking the water has a king size bed, flat screen TV and its own private bathroom. The bathroom has a nice walk in shower in it with glass doors. The third bedroom has two full size beds. The living room has a queen pullout sleeper sofa so the condo comfortably sleeps 10. The third bathroom is newly renovated also with a walk in shower. The kitchen comes fully stocked with all new stainless steel appliances.

My husband and I rented this condo for the week of Thanksgiving for ourselves and our parents. The condo was absolutely perfect! Each couple had ample privacy with a bathroom in each bedroom, the kitchen was perfect for cooking a big meal and the balcony had enough seating for everyone to enjoy the view. The complex is very well maintained. I will book this condo again!

We went to PCB for my daughters wedding. We had family, and lifelong friends with us. We all stayed at Watercrest so it was very convenient. Our unit provided plenty of space, beautiful views and having 3 bed and 3 bathrooms made our stay super comfy! Would definately rent here again.

Great location and gorgeous views. Just needs some improvements: the floors had sand all over them, the walls need to be cleaned and painted, kitchen cabinets needs to be cleaned and painted, the couch needs to be moved and swept/mopped under due to a lot of sand under them, the air vents needs to be cleaned, the ceiling tile in the bathroom needs to be replaced due to a leak. Extra toilet paper and trash bags and a rug in the living room would be helpful. Overall not a bad place to stay, would stay here again.

I don’t normally do reviews but this condo warrants one. We arrived on Saturday at around 3:30. Initially entering I could see it wasn’t very clean. There was food on the floor around the table and the rug in front of the sink was sopping wet. There was so much sand on the floor I was slipping with my shoes on.
The guest bedroom with the queen beds had empty bags of snacks under the beds.
The bathroom across the hall had a clogged tub drain and water was over your ankles when you showered. The towel bar fell off the wall when we tried to put a towel on it.
The primary bedroom on the left side didn’t have clean sheets. This was discovered when we pulled back the sheets to go to bed and there was so much sand and a couple seashells.
The primary on the right had mold in the shower.
The lounge chair on the balcony had a massive hole in it as if someone had stood on it.
We found underwear on the floor in the main area.
The washer had active mold growing in it.
I contacted Emerald Coast Destinations by email the next day (Sunday)and they did respond. They offered to have someone come to clean but we cleaned, laundered the bedding and unclogged the drain(lots of hair and sediment). They said they would contact maintenance for the other issues and get back to me.
Monday mid day when the baby was napping a maintenance person did come unannounced and replaced the chair and put the towel bar back up.
I truly am not that picky. This place was just crazy dirty.

The property was very nice and located right on the beach. The check-in and check-out process was simple and quick. We stayed fairly hot inside, as the air conditioner wasn’t very cold and we weren’t allowed to turn the thermostat below 72 degrees, so we had to run fans nonstop, but two fans were provided with the condo. Overall awesome stay and we had so much fun!

We had a week stay in Room 1604. Our unit was well stocked, spacious, and clean. Definitely would recommend and we would stay here again.

The company that manages these properties does a poor job cleaning them. The floors were filthy. Dirt and sand everywhere as soon as we walked in. I don’t think they even cleaned it. It is frustrating going on vacay to check into a dirty room. They shouldn’t charge a cleaning fee, as I ended up sweeping and cleaning the floors on my vacay! Would like my cleaning fee returned.

The property was beautiful and in a great location, the place was comfortable, but had some issues with communication with the manager. They took awhile to get back to Me about things needed during our stay, checkout procedures, and I had left a few items at the unit but had a lot of trouble getting in touch with anyone to try to get my stuff back(which I never did) even though I called within 30 minutes of leaving the unit.

A couple things need to be attended to in condo. But overall was great.

Several areas need attention. The floors were still Sandy when we arrived, we fixed the kitchen faucet and changed the hvac filters which were filthy, the cabinets and woodwork has discolored/worn areas throughout the condo, toaster doesn’t work, the glass casing for the spare bedroom light was broken and shoved in a drawer, towel rack in that spare bedroom was in the floor, and multiple items were left in drawers throughout the condo. The front left burner of the stove doesn’t heat properly. There was broken furniture on the balcony when we arrived also. There is definitely an issue with the cleaning.

Constant issues either some or ALL elevators not working multiple days. That doesn't do well with a unit on the 16th floor. Unit is well decorated, but was not very clean; sandy floors, dirty walls, dirty utensil drawers, broken toaster, dishwasher water line was disconnected (we connected it), closets with piles of dirty blankets,mop buckets, etc. We would not stay here again.

Over the years, we have rented several different condos in different buildings along Panama City Beach. This is our favorite unit so far.
All of them have the beautiful Panama City Beach as their main show, so we are basing our opinion exclusively on the unit & it's building.
We felt that it was a special treat to be able to stay in this condo. The decor is attractively contemporary & minimal. The spacious layout is to our liking. Nearly the entire beachfront wall of the condo is glass with easy-rolling doors to the balcony. There are many extra amenities to enjoy including 2 beachfront balcony bedrooms, 2 walk-in showers, as well as another bathroom with a tub for the 3rd bedroom. The seated vanity with a close-up mirror in the master-bath was an enjoyable bonus. The countertops are granite and the floors are a stone-like tile that feels good on bare feet. There are 4 TVs & many channels. The beds are comfortable. We brought an extra blanket, but only used it for relaxing in the living room because the unit is well insulated against the weather. The kitchen is well-equipped, but it needs a new frying pan. We only bought coffee filters & dish soap to compliment what they had. Everything was neat & clean. The building was secure, quiet, & well maintained. There are 4 elevators, 2 for floors 1-6, and 2 for the top floors. We really enjoyed our stay & would definitely stay here again & will recommend it to others.
