Located minutes from the beach in an established neighborhood in North Palm, we offer a spacious room with a king sized bed and comfortable living area. While it is attached to our home, we have created a private entrance with a key pad, private walk and parking just for you. There is no kitchen. We have a mini fridge, microwave and coffee pot. NO FULL KITCHEN. At the entrance of the room is a beautiful deck for enjoying the sun or winding down at the end of the day. The space is landscaped for privacy and a gas grill is available for meals if the catch of the day is one you caught! We offer beach chairs, towels, umbrella, floaties and buckets for our beach lovers. Please be aware that this room is attached to the house with a family. While most guests enjoy their stay and have an amazing experience, a few have found they need more privacy. The room is not soundproof, so you will hear a few household noises. We share the above information coming from the most humble and loving position. We enjoyed peacefulness during the days and evenings and 3 nights of great sleep. We were close to everywhere we wanted to go including the Honors College; the Taco Shack, Crux, and Copacabana in Abacoa; the beach; and a football game at FAU, We hope to stay here again when we visit the area. The space exceeded my expectation. The bed was so large and comfy, that I slept directly in the middle. There were two ceiling fans, one above the bed, and one in the sitting area, which kept the room nice and cool. Ample parking, sidewalk available, but on a busy road. The house on the water side of that road, and all of the other houses on that street are nice to look at when walking. LeeAnne was very kind and helpful, especially when I needed to stay an extra night. I appreciated her so much for this!

I was looking for somewhere safe, low key, and clean. I’m a teacher on Spring Break and just wanted a couple days of sunshine and relaxation - and that is exactly what I got. LeeAnne made everything so easy from the moment I booked. There were a few unexpected surprises that made my stay that much more perfect - tea, memory foam bed, body wash, beach chairs and towels. I would 100% book here again and already told all my friends that if they’re looking for a place to sneak away for a couple days, I know just the spot. The location is just perfect. I went to Blowing Rocks preserve, MacArthur State Park, Papa Kwan coffee, Peroya for falafel, Taco Chula, and I don’t have a single complaint! Thanks again!!!

This was my second stay at LeeAnne and Ron's lovely place. It's a clean, quiet and newly renovated space. I find out first when their space is available and then I make my airplane reservations. I love staying here.

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful weekend at this property. The place was immaculately clean. The bathroom was nicely updated with toiletries and clean towels. The bed was extremely comfortable and I'm very picky about mattresses! It was so comfortable, that I we actually want to buy the same one! It was such a cozy space with plants, rugs, stuffed chairs, a mini fridge and microwave. The TV was great! It is so unusual to have access to netflix in a rental property. We enjoyed the outdoor seating area, where we ate breakfast in the mornings. There are very upscale malls and shopping centers nearby. We enjoyed exploring the area beaches. Over the past number of years, we have been searching for an area of Florida, to purchase a property for our retirement. This area is our place! We love it and plan to return! Thank you for this fabulous experience.

This is a great location! Close to amazing restaurants and beaches. The neighborhood is quiet, access to the room is easy. The room was just right, so many great details added to make things easy…beach chairs, towels and umbrella; TV trays for extra flat space, an extendable wall TV for multiple viewing locations, room closet. We highly recommend this location.

My husband, one year old daughter and I were in town for my bike race and we were so happy to find this great place to stay! It was so nice, clean, perfect size and had everything we needed! My daughter loved the outside deck area! The place is right down the road from Johnathan Dickenson state park and beach as well. The host was very nice and we thought it was a really great price!

Property was just as advertised. Was in town for a week with my girlfriend for some SCUBA diving. Very nice and clean and great location for our needs. Worked out very well. Even had an outside shower to rinse off!!

We booked last minute late at night as we arrived into town following a five hour drive. Our hosts helped book us in and prepared the room at very short notice which meant we had a bed for the night. The room was clean, comfortable and relaxing, and private and peaceful throughout our 5 night stay. Clearly, a lot of care has gone into creating this little oasis. Highly recommended.
