About this condo rental
Nestled in Perdido Key, this charming condo for $290 per night is a great option for your next vacation. Enjoy all the beach has to offer from your huge balcony or join in the fun in the sand. This condo has 16 feet of glass doors in the family room overlooking the beach. Our condo is directly on the gulf beach (no streets to cross). Each bed room has beach views. The master bedroom has its own private balcony. Ocean Breeze East is perfectly located on the beach so you can emerge yourself in a variety of beach activity or set up in isolation with a few steps to the west. Enjoy fabulous, romantic sunsets from your balcony or the family room or watch the dolphins play and the rays leap out of the surf as you have your morning coffee. Owners have decorated for their comfort with new leather recliners, sofa's and flat screen tv's. Each bedroom has been re-vitalized to ensure you rest well at night. In addition to adding a new washer and dryer, we have added new bed linens, towels, wash cloths, kitchen utensils, etc to make your stay more like home. Ocean Breeze East has only 8 floors with 4 condos per floor so no large crowds or waiting for elevators. Our condo on the third floor almost allows you to speak with your family on the beach from our balcony. You can actually see what is going on at the beach instead of seeing specks like most high rises. You can pamper yourself in our seasonally heated pool or seasonally provided beach service for two included in rental. Our wireless Internet will ensure that just because you are on an island, you will not be in isolation from the rest of the world unless you so choose. One parking space is included with the unit. When you have had too much sun, take a break by shopping at the village shops across the street, go to the huge factory outlet mall at Foley, tee off at one of the two world class golf courses on the key or go to Pensacola if the city calls. For the adventurous minded, bring your surf board and kite board in March, April, October and November. Your skim board, boogie board and kayak are perfect for the summer. You can also scuba dive to a sunken ship off the coast, go para-sailing or jet ski from the beach. Truly something for everyone. After the sun goes down you can choose from a multitude of favorite restaurants such as The Crab Trap, The Oyster Bar, The Reef, Jellyfish, Lillian's Pizza, the Shrimp Basket, Valarita Mexican and the Martini & Sushi Bar. This place is great! I wish I could keep it a secret since we loved it so much. Absolutely beautiful view and the condo was perfect! Clean and spacious! Excellent communication with the owners. I will not hesitate to stay here again in the future, it will be my 1st choice!

Wish we would have had a screen on the beachfront deck. Ice maker was not working properly. The air conditioner filter didn’t seem to fit and it was loud when it ran (may just be the age?). But overall, the condo was nice and very well equipped. Loved the views. Chair service was a great addition!

This property was awesome and just what we wanted! It was quiet, clean, and we walked right onto the beach. Free beach service a BIG PLUS! The inside of the condo was beautiful and very nice. This was our first time to Perdido Key and we had a blast! We will be back!

The 3rd floor is just the perfect level. The beds were very comfortable. The washer and dryer was great. The water pressure was amazing. The pool was great. Plenty of places to sit and eat. Lots of amenities. Tvs were easy to use. The beach was beautiful and easily accessible. The pool was perfect. Shopping just across the street and the Jellyfish restaurant was the best. Pauls pizza was really good. Gotta check out gulf shores pier. Fantastic vacation. Thank you Michael and Kim!

This was my kid’s first trip to the beach and this condo was perfect. Clean, quick access to the beach, pool for the red flag days, fully stocked kitchen, plenty of room. Highly recommend!

Clean, great location, nice beach, chair service a huge plus. The only negative which brings it down to 4 star is the parking. I drive a Toyota Tundra 4x4 Crew Max and the parking lot is extremely tight with limited spaces. We watched a lot of folks with full size trucks struggle to get into a space. If you drive a small car you are fine if you can find a space. Leave the trucks and larger SUVs at home.

The condo and location was perfect. We only made one quick trip to Publix which was 4 minutes away. The condo was very clean and spacious for our family of seven. The kitchen had everything we needed. There was more than enough cookware, bakeware and appliances. Loved the view from the kitchen and enjoyed meals out on the balcony. Overall the condo far exceeded our expectations. We look forward to coming back in the near future.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ocean Breeze East. The owner, Michael Henderson, was quick to respond to my emails prior to our arrival. The condo was perfect for our vacation and exactly as described on the website. I can tell it was recently updated. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of space for my family of four. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed for the week. The location and view were great! We are already planning on going back to the same condo next year.

Fantastic condo on the beach! Plenty of room and the lanai was great! The beach chair rentals provided by the owner were so nice. Used them every day! Best restaurants in the area were right across the street too. FYI the parking across the street for extra vehicles is pricey at $20 per day, and they only take cash or check.

This has been our best Vrbo rental experience to date. The condo was clean and comfortable. The beach is not congested like it is at the high rise condos. We enjoyed the complimentary umbrella and chairs rental. Truly have nothing negative to say about our stay. We would absolutely recommend, and would be happy to stay again.

We loved our stay here! The location was great - beautiful beach, restaurants near by, target and Walmart nearby for pick up orders. Condo was perfect for a young family - mom, dad, and 4 kiddos between 4 and 8 years old. Was great to have laundry, kitchen was fully stocked. As noted in the description and instructions, household supplies are just starter - so plan to purchase toilet paper, paper towel, and garbage bags. We brought laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent. Beach chair service was great! We absolutely loved everything about it and would stay here again!

Our unit was exceptionally beautiful, very clean and well maintained and in an excellent location. It was extremely well supplied with everything we could possibly need for our week’s stay. We have stayed at various condos in Florida and this one was the best one we have ever been at. Perdido key is a beautiful area with lovely beaches and is extremely peaceful. Exceptional vacation week!

Great time at the beach
As soon as we walked in, we were amazed. the pictures didn't give the full extent of how spacious everything was or how big rooms were. It was easy access to the room and carts are provided for hauling items. Beautiful views and easy access to the beach made the experience even better. There are many attractions within a short driving distance and good restaurants and shopping right across the street. My family had a great time and I would recommend the unit and area to anyone.

A beautiful condo!
This is a beautiful, extremely clean condo on a prestine beach! Quiet building. Unit is over & above from the pool (relaxing patio!). State of the art kitchen (everything provided), comfortable living room furniture, beautiful outdoor patio set, and plenty of space for a family.
The only two negatives are the A/C unit is located right by the table on the patio so it is noisy (not the owners ' fault) and the master bedroom mattress is well used (squeaks at every movement).
Bring extra pillow cases and throw blankets as previous rentors must've took them. Plenty of extra pillows provided. Fans even provided.
Our family loves this area and will stay again in this condo! The owners were quick to respond to anything we asked them of.

Great condo, great location.
Clean condo, it was very spacious for our family of 6 that went. Everyone had their own space. The only negative feedback I got was that the mattresses in the king & queen beds could be more comfortable. Also, each bed in all 3 bedrooms squeaked when rolling over or sitting on the bed, not sure if frames or box springs? Other than that everything was fabulous. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking & we walked to the restaurants across the street. Would book again.

We absolutely loved our stay in Perdido Key. The condo was beautifully decorated, immaculate, well-equipped, comfortable and relaxing. The view as spectacular. From the balcony you still felt like you were on the beach since you were so close to the ocean. It was so nice being able to run back up to the condo from the beach whenever we needed something. It also wasn't difficult it parts of the family wanted to stay later on the beach while the rest of the family went back to the condo. Everything you could need is not far from the condo so the location is excellent. It was also fun to watch people parasailing right next to the condo. The beach service was a wonderful bonus. Ike's Beach Service did a phenomenal job. The Hendersons did kindly provide snorkeling gear, a kiddie pool, noodles and beach toys as well.
We highly recommend this condo! If at all possible, we will be back.

My sister and her family were staying in Lost Key with her in-laws, so we were looking for something nearby to spend time with all of them. I was nervous booking this property, at first; it seemed significantly cheaper than many others in the area so I worried that I was missing something "wrong" with it. In the long run, we couldn't possibly have been happier! The unit was sparkling clean when we arrived, from the bedding to the bathrooms to the floors. I stayed with my parents and aunt, so just four of us in the three (very comfortable) bedrooms. My niece (3) and nephew (1) also slept over one night, and my sister and brother-in-law popped in and out during our stay. We had plenty of space at all times and especially loved having the large balcony to play/visit on. Even if all 8 of us had stayed, we still would have been very comfortable. We didn't cook much besides breakfast IN the unit, but it was incredibly well-appointed (right down to the turtle measuring cups, Keurig, and crock-pot!). Trips to both the pool and the beach were super easy from the third floor, and having two beach chairs and an umbrella included in the rental was a huge bonus. We brought extra beach chairs, knowing we'd need more than just the two, but the owner's chairs offered us a great "base camp" and the young men who monitored the chairs always stopped to check on us and see if we needed anything. The beach itself was clean and not at all crowded, although I guess we were there just after the local spring break crowd. The ocean was a bit cold but the pool was heated so we had plenty of opportunities for swimming.
Overall, the owner was very responsive when we reached out to him; we arrived earlier than anticipated and he was able to accommodate our request to check in a bit early. Otherwise, we didn't need to bother him at all during our stay, although I'm confident that if we had experienced any issues, they would have been addressed quickly.
Random recommendations: The 5:30 Friday "Big Earl" show at Flora-Bama was highly entertaining, as long as you aren't easily offended. We also ate at Sunset Grille twice (GORGEOUS sunset!) and The Pointe once. We got most of our groceries at Publix, just over the bridge back to the mainland. Pedis at Perdido Nails were great!
I really can't recommend this unit highly enough. If you are considering booking, you won't regret it!
