About this villa rental
Located in Hilton Head Island, this attractive villa for $375 per night is a great choice for your next break. Our townhouse is located in The Greens in Shipyard Plantation, which is a private, gated community in a tranquil setting with Carolina pines, moss draped oaks and tropical palms. Within Shipyard there are three beautiful 9 hole golf courses for all to enjoy. There are miles and miles of lighted, paved paths for bike riding or walking, as well as lagoons for fishing and wildlife viewing. Shipyard also has an oceanfront clubhouse with private beach access, new restrooms, and an outdoor shower to rinse off. The townhouse is located just steps away from The Greens private communal pool, and is half a block away from the The Sonesta Resort and the Van Der Meer Tennis Center. Best of all, our townhouse is a 8 minute walk to the beach! We also include a beach parking pass, in case you prefer to drive to the beach. Our renovated townhouse is a private corner unit with many windows and three patio doors, providing lots of natural light and beautiful views of the 7th hole of the Galleon golf course. The large wraparound deck is the perfect spot to totally relax and immerse yourself in the peaceful, tropical environment, and is furnished with a large L-shaped outdoor couch and 2 Adirondack chairs. The townhouse has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with TWO MASTER SUITES - one on the MAIN FLOOR and one on the SECOND FLOOR, for extra convenience and comfort. It has a spacious, open floor plan with new wood-vinyl flooring and freshly painted rooms throughout. An open, modern kitchen with granite countertops is fully equipped with multiple blenders, a crock pot, microwave, toaster oven, tea kettle, coffee maker, hand mixer and more for easy cooking and entertaining.. There is a kitchenette and laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. In the living room you will find a queen sleeper sofa bed, a love seat, 2 club chairs and a large console with mounted flat screen Smart TV and DVD player. A large dining room table with an extra leaf and stools at the kitchen bar can accommodate any crowd. A booster chair with tray is also handy for guests with young children. The first floor master bedroom suite features a king size bed, all new furnishings, flat screen TV and a luxurious new bathroom with walk in shower. A sliding glass door leads to the private deck with gorgeous views of the golf course. The second floor master suite also has a king size bed, a mounted flat screen TV, a full bath with tub/shower combination and large walk-in-closet. On the opposite end down the hall is the third bedroom with two twin beds, two large double closets, new furnishings and a mounted flat screen TV. It also has a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. There are two parking spots directly in front of the townhouse. Your reservation includes two parking passes and one beach parking pass. Whether you golf, play tennis, enjoy the beach, ride bikes or simply relax on the deck, this townhouse will make you feel at home away from home.

Everything is as pictured/advertised. Timely, clear and great communication about the stay. Very quiet and peaceful in the neighborhood while the beach was quite busy for off season/October. Loved this location and proximity to the beach. Felt like home away from home and enjoyed our beach time and some great restaurants on the island during this visit. Kitchen has mostly everything you need (in terms of equipment/tools and some seasonings). Bring your own oil(s) and other condiments if you're planning on cooking and eating in the unit. A hook in the detached bathroom (looked like there was one at one point but appears to have fallen off/removed from the back of the door) would have been helpful to hold clothes/bath towel but not a big issue. Hope to come back in near future for another great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Greens within Shipyard Plantation. This home was exactly as described. It was clean and had everything we needed. It was close to the beach and the pool was nice also. We were even able to bring our dog which was so nice. The layout of the townhouse was perfect for our family. We would certainly come back again. Wonderful unit! Unit is clean and mostly updated. We did have issues with the washer and dryer and were not able to use them until they were repaired mid-week. The appliances are older and I recommend that they be updated. Other than that, the property was perfect!

The condo is large and decorated beautifully. It’s super cute. Beach style. Great color scheme. The townhomes are older, is to take that into consideration. But you don’t feel it when you’re staying inside. We stayed on the ground floor in the master bedroom. Our adult children and grandson stayed upstairs. The AC works. Amazing. And trust me. You need it in the south. Lol. The master bedroom shower has great water pressure. After coming home from a day at the beach, I looked forward to taking a shower. The water heater always had enough hot water for our entire family. The washing machine worked great. The dryer not as well, it took a couple of rounds to get things completely dry. The lint trap was checked… So it may just be an older model. Take that into consideration.
The location on the website doesn’t give itself enough credit. You are so close to the pool. I’m talking steps to the pool which is wonderful. And so close to the beach. Honestly, having bike riding around the entire resort. And checking out the different neighborhoods. You couldn’t pick a better location than this one. You are so close to the pool. So close to the beach. Not around busy golf cart exchanges. Set back a little bit from the bike path. It was quiet and perfect in its proximity to, everything in the neighborhood and outside

We were familiar with Hilton Head and Shipyard and needed extra space for our family. The Greens is a great location and this property was exceptional. The kitchen was well equipped and our family liked the large outdoor living space. We would return again.

Townhouse had plenty of space for two families. The two master bedrooms were great. Location is close enough to the beach that you can walk/bike to the beach and ride to Coligny. Only complaint is that the bed in the upstairs master was not comfortable. All other beds were great. Loved the couch on back porch.

We definitely highly recommend this very nice, comfortable and well maintained and dog-friendly property. Nicely decorated, it doesn’t feel like a rental. The kitchen is very well equipped and has all that is needed to cook delicious meals. Also, great location. Quiet environment and convenient, quick walk to the beach. The large deck with a view of the golf course was perfect to relax after long days outdoors. Most of all, Carrie is the very best host. We had a small issue on arrival and she was super quick to respond and solve the problem. Hope to be back soon with our furry baby!

I am a review reader when searching for a place to stay. I depend on the honesty of the people who have stayed there before. The location was great and the wrap around decks were extremely relaxing. The TV in the living room was impossible to watch, maybe it was the lack of knowing how to manage all of the different channels so we gave up on it. It was well stocked with everything needed but I did bring my own so very little was used. Upon arrival the whole place smelled of something rotten, it was the garbage disposal which Carrie did help with getting it resolved. She also helped with the dryer that would only dry two towels at a time, it will now dry a whole load. Thank you for that. The biggest issue was the floors were extremely dirty. Our socks were black after walking on them. There may be a few long pup hairs left but I cleaned up short black pup hair. Overall a good vacation.

My family had a great time at Hilton Head. Carrie's condo is lovely and had all the necessities a family would need during their stay. We really enjoyed the lovely wrap around deck to drink coffee and barbeque. The trip to the beach was short, and having a beach parking pass sure helped with loading a bunch of kids stuff and chairs. We would definitely stay at this property location again. It was our first time in Shipyard, having stayed many years in Palmetto Dunes.

The unit is exactly as described and worked well for seven of us and our small dog! Very close to the pool and easy bike ride/walk to the beach! Carrie was extremely responsive to our questions. I recommend and would stay here again ! Try the Sandbar Restaurant, great food!

Great family vacation!
We enjoyed our week at the condo. The location was great, just a short walk to the beach and close to the pool. The condo was very clean and comfortable, with a nice patio on the back side with a great view on the golf course. We rented bikes - the paths are so nice to ride on! Carrie was quick to get back with us when we first arrived with questions about location and entry. We so enjoyed our vacation here!
