The home was very nice and clean. We felt safe with the security system and appreciated the noise ordinance at night. The neighborhood seemed friendly- they had a street event for the weekend we were there - and respectful. The owner was very responsive and helpful!

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home! Everything was convenient and close to this home. The neighborhood was awesome and quiet. We even went out for a evening walk and we enjoyed the lake that was a few blocks from the home! There was a farmer's market event less than a block away that we enjoyed as well. We definitely will be coming back to New Orleans because we couldn't do everything in the week we were there. If this home is available then we will definitely book another stay here!! This was our home away from home!!

Location was near venues we visited. House was clean and well stocked with the items we needed. VRBO responded quickly to our requests. Will stay again when we visit our family in the future.

We had a great time. House just as described/pictured. Easy Uber to attractions, easy walk to some good restaurants. Not the best neighborhood, but we felt safe enough together.

The location was great for walking to jazz fest, grabbing a poboy at Parkway, walking or biking on the greenway, going to the farmers market, or going to one of two playgrounds very close by. Accommodations were basic but nice enough for a lovely stay. Would definitely return for jazz fest again!

Really well placed for delicious food (definitely get parkway for a po-boy, and Norma's for excellent Hispanic food), great for a family as there are multiple playgrounds, quite accessible area easy to the street car or by Uber to anywhere quickly in the city. I was down there for my medical school reunion, with my in laws watching the kids, it was absolutely perfect

location was great as far as everthing we needed but the neighborhood was very sketchy and if there were pictures of the neighborhood prior we probally would not have picked this property., the house was beautiful and had everything we needed, just wish the street and area were nicer.

Nancy and Rochelle set us up nicely. Beds were comfy and kitchen/dining room had plenty of room for 6 adults to enjoy. Nice quiet neighborhood close to bars and restaurants.

We enjoyed our stay in New Orleans. We had a few problems with the central heat and wifi, but the property manager was very responsive and got them fixed.

The property manager was very helpful and quick with responses. I didn’t want to keep bothering her, light bulbs are out in a few of the rooms, air wicks are there but empty and dirty, bathroom floor mats are dirty or stained. Crumbs inside the beautiful glass dinner table, water filter needs to be changed in the fridge. Lots of shampoo no conditioner. Make sure your dates are accurate before you book as there is no refunds or changes!

I just want to say I use another platform all the time but decided to utilize VRBO for this trip. I found this listing and said…Wow this home is soooooo inviting. And it was, The check in process was easy…the house was immaculate. The appliances and the kitchen was well stocked. I’m a neat freak and I felt really comfortable. There was a smoke alarm battery issue but I contacted the Host and in 30 minutes it was handled. I WILL definitely book again.

Our weekend was so amazing! This home is beautiful, clean and very well stocked with everything you need! Everything was so very well maintained upon walking through the door! Ample amount of space for the 3 couples ! All bedrooms and beds were comfortable and of a nice size. Each couple had their own privacy. I have no complaints at all!! At first I thought the area would be a problem but once we got comfortable it was just fine!!!( in front of an industrial type area) but no worries everyone was so nice!!! Loved it❤️❤️🥰absolutely Beautiful!!!!easy check in and out! Close to Everything, jump on the trolley and go where you want, it saves money on parking!! Thanks for being a great host!!!

Exactly what we needed
This property was exactly as pictured. My family of 5 was very comfortable here for the week we were visiting New Orleans. The property is well maintained, clean and beautifully decorated. It was a very short drive to all activities we had planned. The property manager was very friendly and responded promptly with any questions I had. I would definitely stay here again if my travels bring me to New Orleans.

There are some fun restaurants in the neighborhood and it would have been nice if we had been provided with a list of those. We would’ve enjoyed some comfortable outside seating. Overall I’d say we’d stay there again.

Quiet Neighborhood Near Bayou St. John
The house is nicely decorated and has a great floor plan. We were very comfortable there. There are some fun restaurants in the neighborhood and it would have been nice if we had been provided with a list of those. We would’ve enjoyed some comfortable outside seating. The home was lovely and spacious, with plenty of kitchen supplies and towels to see 5 of us through a 4 night stay. The neighborhood was quiet, but all the fun of great restaurants and music was just a short ride away. I highly recommend this home when life takes you to New Orleans.

When we arrived the property was not cleaned, but it was the housekeepers fault. The owner got an emergency replacement there immediately and made it right with us. We had a wonderful time and will stay again in the future.

We pulled up to this great Mid City home on the greenway to a farmer’s market with music and food just down the street, and they set the tone for a magical weekend. Stayed at this property during the final four and we had a blast. The place was clean and well kept and in a nice location. Walkable to a few spots as well.

The home was beautiful it was close to everything from canal street to Bourbon street had a great time beds was so comfortable wish I could of took it home with me but other then that great experience love the stay

Showers need to be siliconed in or there will be a serious mold problem. Fly City! Had a blast killing the flies while waiting on Ubers. Hole in the floor is an exterior penetration. If we had to pay the full amount, would've felt ripped off. For what we paid, it was just right. Make no mistake, great spot and better than most. Just offering constructive criticism for future guests. With just a tad more love, this can really be a gem.

Cozy, Comfy, and clean
The house offers three nicely sized bedrooms and two baths, one of which is en suite. Good supply of towels and shampoo etc. and staters if coffee, de detergent, and laundry soap. Owners have thought about everything. Only downside is location - opposite a municipal DOT lot; not the finest of views but easy peasy walking distance to Parkway for po-boys and bayou for biking and kayaking and to the Lafitte Greenway where you can walk down to the quarter!

Great Family Trip
We had a wonderful time in this house! It was just as described. It was extremely clean, perfectly located to ride-share anywhere we wanted to go. Check-in/out was very easy and we were within walking distance to the Thursday Farmers Market and Parkway Bakery (home of the Poor Boy). We will absolutely want to rent this home when we return to NOLA!
