Old world property - Very comfortable

Everything.

Nice old world property in historic area. Beside the beach and outdoor dining streets. Everything worked well and there was ample hot water, comfortable beds and 2 bathrooms. I found free parking on local streets. There is an excellent laundry, self service, close by on the road leading to Mercadona. Overall a very nice full month spent here and I would return.

No volveremos

Las fotos de la casa no reflejaban la realidad. No se podía dormir en esos colchones de lo incómodos que eran y el ruido que hacían, había muchas hormigas por todas partes, el soporte de la ducha roto, el aire acondicionado goteaba dentro de la casa, el estante de la nevera roto, no había tendedero (en un sitio de playa!), la cortina de una de la habitaciones rota, la lavadora se nos rompió en el primer lavado... en fin, la experiencia no ha sido nada buena. Aparte del hecho de qiue la playa más cercana era defango y llena de algas y que no se podía aparcar en ningún sitio

Decepcionante: vacaciones arruinadas

Muy buena ubicación

Viajamos cuatro amigas y nos quedamos cuatro noches. Nada más llegar empezaron los problemas. Intentamos abrir la puerta, pero no había manera. Tras varios intentos fallidos, lo conseguimos, y nos dimos cuenta de que le faltaba el cerrojo a la puerta, por lo que aunque entramos, no podíamos cerrar tampoco. Tuvimos que llamar al cerrajero, el cual tardó una media hora en llegar. Nos tuvo que cambiar totalmente la cerradura, porque efectivamente estaba rota. Para esto estuvimos toda una mañana, pues el cerrajero tuvo que hacer numerosos viajes y tuvimos que estar a su disposición para abrirle la puerta todo el rato, una gran pérdida de tiempo. Aún así, tras haberla supuestamente arreglado, seguía abriéndose y cerrándose fatal; algo que causa una gran inseguridad a cuatro chicas jóvenes que se están quedando solas en un bajo. Para seguir, el aire acondicionado empezó a gotear encima de una lámpara enchufada a la corriente eléctrica. Llamamos y no nos solucionaron nada, simplemente nos dijeron que desconectáramos la lámpara, aunque estuviese enchufada y que lo subiésemos a 25 grados, lo cual fue inútil porque siguió goteando a esa temperatura durante toda nuestra instancia. Esto supuso un gran inconveniente, ya que dadas las altas temperaturas en Denia, ventilar y que entre aire fresco resulta imposible, de modo que una situación así, más aún si uno de los motivos por los que elegimos el apartamento es el aire acondicionado, es francamente decepcionante. Por otro lado, nos encontramos con la desafortunada presencia de cucarachas en el baño, así como de hormigas que entraban desde la entrada, en la cual había un hormiguero, lo que nos resultó muy desagradable. Asimismo, uno de los baños, el que contaba con una ducha, resultó totalmente inútil, puesto que aparte de las cucarachas, la mampara estaba rota y se te caía constantemente encima si intentabas darte una ducha. De modo que cuatro personas tuvimos que compartir un baño, lo que ralentizó enormemente el aseo.

Sin duda su ubicación excelente, muy cerca de la playa y de los lugares de ocio.

Alguna cosilla del apartamento estaba en mal estado como la mampara de la ducha q no cerraba bien.

Everything.

Nice old world property in historic area. Beside the beach and outdoor dining streets. Everything worked well and there was ample hot water, comfortable beds and 2 bathrooms. I found free parking on local streets. There is an excellent laundry, self service, close by on the road leading to Mercadona. Overall a very nice full month spent here and I would return.
