Staff were most welcoming (a special mention to Oggie). The location of the apartment above the restaurant with its wonderful views was outstanding. The apartment was very tastefully furnished and well equipped and very clean. Breakfast and eating at the restaurant were excellent. Communication with owner was excellent. Perast is a lovely place to stay for a couple of days.
As has been mentioned by reviewers parking is a problem. As advised by owner the large parking lot on the way out from the direction of Risan, a 24-hour ticket is 25 euros. We used this parking and the guys who run it are friendly.

A beautiful and spacious apartment with a view to die for. Comfortable and well appointed with considered extras. I based my visit to Perast around this apartment and it lived up to my expectations. It’s located right on the seafront above the Restaurant Armonia. The washing machine and iron were a lovely addition after 3 weeks of travelling and the bed was big and comfortable. The included breakfast choices were great. Finally the staff- some of the kindest and most courteous I have encountered on any trip. The restaurant staff were constantly busy yet polite and friendly. Big shout out to Darko for helping me with my luggage, dinner choice and departure transport. A true professional!
