The cozy open concept, clean and bright living room is furnished with leather sofa and another full size sofa(hide a bed) The quaint kitchen is perfect for dining as it is equipped with all appliances needed for your stay .
In suite Frigidaire energy efficient washer and dryer provided for your laundry needs.
Situated downtown Pentiction - 10 min walk to the lake! Free tennis courts and running track right up the street. Farmers market one block away and downtown shopping and restaurants all within in 5 min walk! cable/Internet and parking included.

Great location for those traveling to Penticton and who want to be within walking distance of downtown, the lakes, and the Kettle Valley Trail. Really nicely updated too.

This quaint suite , was extremely clean and had beautiful decor , very comfortable and was probably one of the best pullout sofa’s I’ve slept on to date. The memory foam topper was exceptional. This place exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend staying here. Thank you for having us Mike and Mary .

Came into Penticton for 3 nights for a convention. A 5 minute easy drive to the Convention Center. This property is on a quiet street with very little traffic. With off street parking in the back covered carport. A ton of amenities...from coffee and hot chocolate to quality shampoo and conditioner. Perfect for two people...why would you pay as much or more for a hotel?Finnaly the bedroom mattress is the most comfortable mattress we've slept on!!! A huge plus .Will definitely return next year for our convention. Thx for your kindness Cheers!!
