This unit is perfect for a couple or a small family. It looks newly renovated and they did a great job. It has everything you would need for your stay and is close to everything. Mike was very helpful and thorough with the check-in process and made sure I had what I needed for a great stay. I will book with them again, 100%.

Cozy one bedroom basement suite located on a quiet street but close to a main thoroughfare. Hosts were great, respected our privacy but were quick to help when we asked.

Mike and Marie are wonderful hosts and go out of their way to ensure that your stay is the best it can be. Wonderful people and very friendly. Their cottage is nicely adorned with accruements and modern fixtures, pans and utensils. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very nice. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, their hospitality and friendly nature.

A perfect location to stay. Close to so many shops and restaurants. The Saturday Farmers market was wonderful with so many local farmers and artisians. Hosts were friendly and very accomodating. We will definitely be back!

Stayed at this place for two nights. Really enjoyed our stay and we had everything we needed. Great location! Mary and Mike as hosts were great, helpful and perfect. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay here, with breweries less than a 15 minute walk away. We were celebrating a birthday and Mike & Mary gifted us a bottle of wine upon arrival. Apartment is nice and quiet as well although it is a lower level.

We stayed for 3 nights, the place was perfect! We were able to cook our own meals, easy 10 min walk to the beach and many other shops. Neighborhood was very quiet as well.

We enjoyed our stay, the suite was one of the nicest, best-located, and real value of all the places we have stayed. The place was very clean, modern, had everything we needed to feel at home, and was an easy location to all the sites we wanted to see especially the hockey rink. I appreciate the owners communication and politeness. We look forward to our next stay.

Thank you so much for a lovely week at your suite. It was very comfortable, clean, easy to find things and centrally located. We brought our pup and it was great for walking around the neighbourhood. Close to the highway to go skiing, we walked to the Lake Okanagan and shopping. We highly recommend this suite and we will be back.

This was our second time at this VRBO. Both times have been excellent. Great location for downtown walks and access point to get around town.

This listing is just as advertised and has not inflated the cleaning fee as many other listings have done more recently. Excellent location if you want to walk downtown. A bit further to walk to the beach but not much. Very central if you are driving anywhere. Unit was clean and modern and well equipped. Response from the owner is quick if you have a question. Will definitely put this on the list to consider when next we are in Penticton.

We had a great stay in Penticton. We were rock climbing in the Skaha Bluffs and it was only a short drive. The location was awesome for dining out as it was close to the main restaurants area. The place was very clean and full equipped and check in was easy. Thanks for a great long weekend.
