About this house rental
Located in Solana Beach, this charming house for $406 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Newer construction with beautiful ocean views. This bright and modern ocean view house has everything you need to enjoy the city of Solana Beach. Incredible sweeping views from the deck, kitchen and living room. This house was built to enjoy indoor and outdoor CA living. The fully fenced front yard offers an area for your dogs to roam free while you relax in the fully furnished deck. Inside the home you will enjoy an open concept living space with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, two of the bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. You enter the property through a gate that will lead you on to a beautifully landscaped yard with a path that will take you to the front door of the house. As you enter the house you are greeted by beautiful panoramic views along the LR and kitchen windows. Kitchen has a nice size pantry and plenty of cabinets for storage. To the left as you walk in, a hallway will lead you into the three bedrooms with the W/D on the right. Every bedroom has a nice size closet. The largest primary bedroom has a walk-in closet with large drawers to store your belongings. There is a large set of glass sliding doors that open completely from the Kitchen/LR to the large deck. Deck has a nice size seating area and a large dining room table that accommodates 6 people. The house does not have a formal DR inside. There are two ceiling heaters for cooler nights. A grill is also on the deck. This house will make your stay comfortable and convenient with a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of fresh linens. House has central air and fiber optic internet allowing faster internet speeds. There is one parking spot in the driveway and an additional spot below the driveway. Our booking calendar is only open 9 months in advance to avoid early bookings that cancel halfway through. THINGS WE LOVE ABOUT THIS HOUSE: *Beautiful Ocean Views from just about everywhere in the house. * This is a house, not a condo or townhome. * House has central air *Quiet family cul-de-sac. *Plenty of storage. *Modern and well-kept appliances, fresh linens, and clean space in general. *Beautifully landscaped front yard creating a wonderful area for kids and pets to roam safely. * One cleaning included in your rental if you check pets (second week of your stay if you are only staying 30 days) *Easy access to many great restaurants, grocery stores and many other businesses. without the traffic hassle other beach towns have. (Starbucks, CVS, Vons, and Sprouts are less than a mile away) *We personally manage and stay at this home often paying attention to every small detail, adding touches and updating decor to make it better. Furniture in pictures might be slightly different. THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW *This home is in a quiet family neighborhood. * House is 1200 sq feet. We've maximized the space with a large deck to allow for indoor/outdoor living. *We only book full months during June through August, and January through March. (From the 1st to the last of the month). Anything else will be reviewed even under instant booking. *This house sits on a hill behind a front house. We built it on the same lot. Both houses are fenced and completely independent from each other with separate entrances. Only shared area is the driveway. * We have several return customers at different times of the year making it hard to show it prior to rental. House sits on a hill and is fully fenced so it's difficult to get any perspective from a drive by. *Smoking/Vaping is not allowed anywhere in the property including outside areas. * We are one of the few houses in Solana Beach that accepts dogs. Our pet rules are attached. Please make sure you read them and ask away if needed. *You are in a beach community where houses are still very close to each other, noise travels easy. * We have an EV outlet. You will need to bring your own cord.

We had the most amazing stay at this perfect home away from home. Ocean view for days…the home is immaculate, comfortable and exactly as described. With the fully open sliders, we had indoor/outdoor living every day. Located in a quiet neighborhood, walking distance to the beach, shopping (Cedros!) and dining, and easy access to the 5 and the PCH. Super responsive hosts. We’ve already booked again!

The house was great. The neighborhood was walkable to many restaurants, such as Claire’s (yum), and the beach was less than a mile away. Definitely an outdoor/indoor living space to enjoy the lovely California weather! We took daily walks and came to love feeling a part of the residential area. The hosts were great and very kind and responsive. I would stay here again 100%. We stayed with two golden retrievers and they had a wonderful time, as well.

The house is beautiful and well stocked. It had everything we needed and much more. Everything was great quality. We were spoiled by the ocean view and patio. The owners, Melissa and Chip were very communicative and responsive. It was great for our 2 month stay and we'd love to return.

For second year in a row, we spent 6 weeks in February and March at this wonderful property on a quiet street in Solana Beach with a multimillion dollar view of the Pacific ocean. Like last year, everything was spotless on our arrival. The hosts couldn't be nicer or more responsive. I highly recommend this property.

Wonderful house, great view, fabulous patio/deck & beautiful view of the Pacific Ocean. Dog friendly, with fenced yard. Close to everything in Solana Beach & Delmar. Stayed a month and enjoyed every aspect of the property. Owners were very friendly & communicative, if needed for anything.

My husband and I spent two heavenly months in this fabulous property with a 3-week visit from our daughter. Everything was exactly as advertised. The home is beautifully decorated with top-of-the-line appliances. The kitchen is outfitted with everything from a Vitamix, to great Calphelon cookware, to every cooking utensil you will need. I mentioned that I love to bake and Melissa stocked brand new baking pans in the generous pantry. She even ordered a lovely set of baking sheets, a portable mixer, and some new knives right after I mentioned they would be good additions. Chip and Melissa are terrific and go over and above to make sure your stay is perfect. They respond within minutes and even give great restaurant recommendations. The home is stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, and an abundance of high-end soft bedding, towels, and beach towels. It is worth noting that there are no condiments, spices, or food of any kind. However, due to COVID, this might be prudent. We would bring our own when we come back which we hope we will. The fenced-in. yard with beautiful landscaping and lighting was terrific for our two pups. The patio sliding glass doors open completely allowing indoor and outdoor dining in a lovely setting. We were outdoors all the time and loved the expansive view of the ocean and sunsets. We will dream about this home and hope to return soon.

Relaxing beach town
Great view of the ocean, although sunset is behind a tree. May is a grey month, but we had a few days of sunshine. House was pretty spotless. Well laid out. Sliding doors are a fun touch. Solana Beach is a very cool place to stay. The Del Mar dog beach was so much fun! Loved they had a 220 outlet for my Tesla.

ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS
Stayed in this lovely Solana Beach home for 6 weeks in February and March with my husband and our Chihuahua, Paco. The place exceeded our expectations (which were already quite high based on the photos and other reviews).C&M were a delight to deal with. Home was spotless and kitchen stocked with everything we needed. Sunsets on the deck were amazing. Basically one of the nicest vrbo homes we have ever stayed in.

Perfect SoCal Beach Living
Perfect away from home for ideal Solana Beach living. Walking distance to so many great restaurants, shops, hiking trails, and the beach, while still being in a lovely quiet neighborhood. The beautifully landscaped fenced yard is great for privacy and dogs.
The house is designed to take advantage of the beautiful southern California weather. We spent many evenings opening the glass wall to the deck and having cocktails and dinner while watching the sunset

This is an amazing long-term rental! The owners take great care of the home, and are incredibly quick to respond to problems. They are also very kind, and a pleasure to deal with. But honestly, the best part of this house is the view. My family and I had the pleasure of staying here for 2.5 months, and I already miss the view of the ocean. The house itself has everything you need. Everything is in perfect condition, and the pictures are very accurate. We have two small children, and the house was very safe for them. I highly recommend this home!

Serenity in Solana Beach
My husband and I spent two months in this lovely property. The indoor/outdoor living was the perfect way to spend time relaxing and entertaining our family. Having stayed at many VRBOs over the years, this home, was, by far, THE BEST EVER! To top that off, the owners could not have been more kind or responsive to any needs that arose.

Best VRBO property ever!
My wife, our dog and I stayed a month in paradise at this amazing property in Solana Beach. The house was outfitted with everything that we needed, from the gourmet kitchen to the fenced yard for our dog. The owners were very responsive and very flexible.
No review would be complete without mentioning the sunsets from the deck. We made it a habit to enjoy the sunsets from the deck.

Gorgeous sunsets and outdoor living
We truly enjoyed the month of Dec at this ideal home. Relatively newly built, we enjoyed the bright, clean, cheerful kitchen/family room. Our pup loved chasing butterflies in the beautifully landscaped, fenced yard. But we really rented for the outdoor deck space. A roofed area with a living and dining room. There's a fan above, but we made use of the ceiling heaters. And could easily roll down vertical shades to block wind or bright sun. Best of all...the sliding glass doors between the inside and out completely open. We lived outside! Special thanks to the owners for responsiveness and warm exchanges. Thank you!

Solana Beach Stay
My family and I stayed here for temporary housing while in between houses. It worked perfectly for our family of 4 and our dog. The hosts were very accommodating, easy to communicate with when needed, and upgraded the internet service so we could all work and school at home.

Amazing home!
We stayed for 5 weeks this summer and had a great experience. Chip and Melissa are great owners - they were very responsive and checked in often to see if we needed anything. The home is extremely clean and brand new, plus the deck is incredible. We worked from home out on the deck and enjoyed the views. The home easily accommodated our family and dogs and was the perfect escape from the Arizona heat. We would not hesitate to stay again.

Amazing Home
Rented Melissa and Chip’s home for 3 months. The home is new, beautifully decorated, clean and has a large, heated patio with an incredible ocean view. Owners are extremely responsive if you have questions. Had a small issue with the dishwasher and they fixed it immediately. Highly recommend this property!!

Beautiful Solana Beach!
Great home with amazing ocean views in a very quiet neighborhood. The large porch with ocean views and heated spaces offers a great opportunity to lounge and dine outdoors. Home is very clean, up to date and well appointed. The folks who own this home are super friendly and helpful. They really care about guest's experiences and go out of their way to make the stay comfortable.
