My husband and I enjoyed a four night stay in this one bedroom unit over the Thanksgiving holiday. It was perfect for two people for a short stay. We appreciated the extra half bath for additional grooming space. We had a minor problem with the cable service, but it was quickly rectified by the owner. I would also suggest an owner’s guide or instruction sheet for the coffee maker. I had to Google an owner’s manual to figure out the Keurig type side of the dual function coffee maker. We really enjoyed the view of the beautiful golf course. It was too wet and cool to enjoy the nice little porch but it would be a lovely spot during the warmer months. We highly recommend this lovely unit for 2-3 people.

Condo is very well maintained.Looks right on to golf course.We competed in the world chili championship.Condo was close to event site and Food Lion grocery is just down the street.Hosts were good communicators.

Everything was as described. It was very nice. Most of the time was spent on a softball field but it was great to come back to a safe and comfortable place.

The good: really nice unit. It has the perfect amount of room for 2-4 people. 1 1/2baths are convenient. It met my girlfriend and my needs. Clean, quiet, relaxing. Nice residents in this development. Multiple complex pools. Owners are nice, they care, and they communicate really well. Things that could be better: - the TVs(cable) were hard to use. Spectrum TV which wasn’t the best. Cable remote didn’t always control what operator needed. But we made due of what we were able to work. - the drier is big and nice but even with the filter completely clean it does a very poor job of removing lint. Clothes dried with a lot of fuzzy on them. Just good to know if you have dark clothes. Bring a lint roller. - if your a beach lover as I am, this unit is pretty far from the beach. About a mile (around 5 long blocks). About 2-3 miles from the main tourist boardwalk area. Great unit overall… just wish it was located close to the beach, had a better drier, and better cable system. But overall we really enjoyed the stay here in your unit.

We were in town for a destination wedding of a close friend. We didn't have a lot of down time, didn't get to visit the pool, or beach. There are a lot of mirrors around the unit. The bed wasn't comfortable. The unit was very clean, and that was most appreciated.

Great Location, Italian Restaurant, and Breakfast/brunch, grocery and liquor store, nail salon, just across Hwy 17. No stairs, park car by front door, view of golf course. Very comfortable.

The only negative we had was that after a 7 hour ride, we had to change the bedding comforter and pillows on our bed. Otherwise, unit was great!!

This property is in great location to Broadway on the beach and great dining. Beach is not far as well. However there are a few things that could be addressed. I don’t want to be harsh because the owners seem like they are willing to go the extra mile, with that being said. The sinks drains are a little slow to drain and the faucets for the tub could use a refresh. Then mattress could also maybe use an upgrade. I hear Sam’s club has great bedding for cheap. :) we definitely had a good time and would stay again and hope in the future a few things could be improved. Be aware the neighbors upstairs are super noisy. Property is also safe. I give this a 3 out of 5 for now maybe by the time we are ready to rebook for next year it will be great.

We were in town for my daughter's softball tournament and this place was exactly what we were looking for. It was clean, in a nice area, and close to everything. Check in was easy and parking was plentiful right outside the front door. We would definitely book here again.

Nous avons passer 2 semaines de rêves. Cependant, le condo aurait besoin d’un très grand ménage et surtout d’être rénové et repeinturé avec un entretien régulièrement. Nous avons communiqué avec le propriétaire et il est au courant de mon désappointement quand à la propreté du condo. Changer le matelas et le set de salon serait aussi nécessaire pour un meilleur confort. Ce condo est super bien situé et est près de la mer et de toutes les attractions!

These were perfect accommodations for my family. It was conveniently close to everything we came to do& see. Booking was easy. The owners were available for questions. We had a great stay& would definitely recommend this property.

The location is great. The condo needed a complete cleaning. There was trash behind the nightstands in the bedroom. The cold air return grill was dirty. The vanity sink, off of the bedroom, drained slow. Some cooking utensils had to be washed before we could use them because there was food residue left on them.
