We provide Keyless Entry: Approximately 3 days of arrival, we will give you a personal access code to our door, as well as directions to our place once inside Myrtlewood. Very easy-go right to our condo! Start enjoying your vacation immediately!
** 24/7 Security on Premises
** Our condo sleeps up to 4 with a King size bed in master bedroom and queen sleeper sofa in living room.
** 1 & 1/2 Bathrooms (with Hair Dryers in Both).
** Linens Blankets and Pillows Provided.
** Washer and dryer.
** Cable tv and FREE WIFI is provided
** Our Condo is nicely decorated (including Mattress protectors).
** A Fully Equipped Kitchen with full size appliances.

We overall enjoyed our stay. Suggestions from a guest pov, there are so many notes.. maybe one clear note with all important info. The master bed says not to use the comforter or deco pillows.. we had to purchase a blanket as there was only one other blanket in the space which my son needed for the living room couch. The main bathroom there is a gap in the door where people in living room could see/hear. The master bathroom sink was draining very slowly. We were stopped twice by security for having the incorrect wrist bands in the pool area. The key for the pool lock assume was out of date but thankfully the fob did work. Rules say quiet in neighborhood past dark but many did not follow this. We could hear from the living room people having a blast from the backyard area late into the night. Side note there is no seasonings or condiments in the space if you want to cook will need purchase. Space was clean and checking in was super simple.

This is a very nice property. I would definitely stay here again. Exceptionally clean. The grounds around the condo is very well maintained. Checking in and out was easy. Condo rules were pretty standard. We enjoyed are brief visit.

The sofabed was not what was listed. It was a pad not an actual mattress. Bathroom doors were hard to lock. There was ants all over the deck and wasp nest so we were not able to enjoy it. The coaches were very uncomfortable to sit on. It was very close to the beach and a great location. It was also around a lot of restaurants and stores.
