Sit on your patio, right off the master suite, and watch the sunrise. Watch breath taking sunsets, over the lake, from your living room or front porch. This home features a big open floor plan with large baths, huge closets in every room, large separate laundry room, open kitchen with breakfast bar and tile floor throughout. Walk out your screened in back Florida room, just 50 feet, to your private boat house with large 10'x24' covered boat slip and 12'x20' deck. This lot was the first and only lot with direct lake access in the Indian Lake Estates subdivision. This very quiet and private single story house features all the comforts of home, on site maintenance staff, 18 hole golf course on site, club house, large pier, marina, boat launch and loads of leisure and relaxation. Just an hours drive north to Walt Disney World Resorts and other area attractions. Polk County Fire and Rescue are on site at Indian Lake Estates, as well as our own US Post Office. This gated community is patrolled by a citizens assisted patrol sponsored by the Polk County Sheriffs Department. House has private WIFI and Dish Network Premium Channels.

We came down for a week of fishing and golfing. This place was perfect. We’d definitely come back. We caught fish right off the dock. And there was nature everywhere. Even got to see some big gators in the canal

We had a fantastic month-long stay at this lovely home! The house was beautiful, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable extended stay. The dock was perfect for our boat. The views were absolutely stunning. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to unwind and make great memories. Highly recommend!

Perfect location, being at the end of a dead end street with the lake in front, canals on the side, and back of the home made this a perfect location. Very quiet, clean and comfortable! We also caught some nice fish sitting out back on the dock! Hoping to stay again real soon!
