With a mix of contemporary finishes and eclectic furnishings, Lake Place Cottage features an open concept kitchen, dining and living area, one bedroom and one bath. Enjoy the scenery … any season! The vaulted ceiling living area opens to a large deck with the best views of Music Mountain, the highest point in Hot Springs National Park. Fire up the gas grill in the courtyard for an outdoor feast, lounge on the deck and read to sound of birds and waves lapping the shoreline, or take a sunset boat ride on the calm waters. With 45 feet of lakeshore in the Stokes Creek Basin, you can go fishing in your own back yard, right off your private, one boat slip covered dock! Fall fast asleep snuggled in luxury linens atop a Casper mattress — with high-density memory foam — on the queen bed featuring a custom headboard fashioned from re-purposed wood from the original house. A queen sleeper sofa in the living area increases guest capacity! The bathroom features a built-in vanity, a tiled walk-in shower, and a washer and dryer closet. High-speed wireless Internet access is also provided, and WiFi allows access to your favorite streaming media using our large screen HDTV. Lake Place Cottage is ideal for couples, small families or small group getaways. There is a long stair walk down to the dock, which may not suitable for the elderly or frail.

The little house on the lake was the perfect place! Having recently been remodeled, really reconstructed - a binder with a picture story sits on an end table - the lake cottage is an ideal place to stay. Great views, lovely amenities, and only a few minutes from town makes this the perfect stay for a couple. We hope to be back.

Lakeside home beautifully renovated from top to bottom. Bathroom is spacious and the well designed kitchen has all the comforts of home. So much to see: Hot Springs, Lake Catherine, Garvan Woodland Gardens and Ouachita National Forest to name just a few! Restaurants galore! The list of recommended restaurants that Mary Ann gave us were phenomenal! Communication with Mary Ann and the check in and check out process was so smooth. Great vacation experience!

We were contacted by the owner the day prior, via telephone, and she explained the check in process and spoke to us and gave suggestions on things to do, places to eat, etc. She then sent a text message with all the instructions and told us to reach out if we needed anything. She was helpful, quick to respond to messages and very informative. The cottage was clean, well kept and in a great location near the lake. My girls and my wife loved the views and the patio and we enjoyed every bit of our stay. The wife and I will be coming back again for an adult weekend.

It was comfortable, convenient, and super clean. Also, it had amenities not always available in cabins/cottages, such as kleenex, body soap, enough paper towels, etc. It was a pleasure staying there.

Your cottage was an ideal choice for our stay in the Hot Springs area. The house was very clean and well equipped. Views of the lake were very nice. Location was very good with quick access to town but still away from all the congestion. The only trade off would be road noise from the nearby highway. It was only noticeable when sitting on the porch. Inside was very quiet and comfortable. Overall a pleasant stay.

We loved our stay at this immaculately clean cottage. The deck gave a beautiful view of the lake and was very comfortable. We fished from the dock and sat with our feet in the water. The close proximity to downtown allowed us to enjoy the bathhouse, shopping and great restaurants! We will definitely be back!

This cottage is very nice, has everything you need, is on the lake and has views of the mountains. We enjoyed the large deck in the evening after spending the day on the lake and early morning having coffee!

We absolutely loved everything about this property. Not too far from town if we wanted but still off the lake where we were able to go fishing when we wanted and super cozy if we wanted to stay in! Hope to be back!

We decided to take a short anniversary trip to go to Hot Springs. We had never been before but now we want to go back! This house was perfect, nestled in the trees and on the lake, but still very close to everything. It was so clean and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed sitting out on the deck looking at the beautiful view. Very relaxing and we hope to get back there soon!

Super relaxing time hanging out on the deck with a view. It’s a steep trek down for swimming and fishing, so be aware of that, but we couldn’t have asked for a nicer house or view! Fun watching the private little planes come by en route to the nearby airport from time to time as well. It is a little close to the highway, so if you’re looking for ultra quiet while your outside that might be a negative…inside, you don’t hear a thing!

Check in/ out was easy. The owner was very very helpful with all my questions. The view alone is worth the drive from Texas 🤠. The only negative thing I can say is that the pier had a TON of spider webs/ and spiders but the house was perfect and so was everything else. We will be coming back (and bringing bug spray) ❤️
