Nestled in Lower Grand Lagoon, this charming condo for $199 per night is a great option for your next break. THIS CONDO IS THOROUGHLY CLEANED WITH ANTI-BACTERIAL CLEANING PRODUCTS THAT KILL 99.9% OF GERMS IF SUDDEN CHANGES ARISE AND THE BEACH IS CLOSED WE WILL ADJUST THE CANCELLATION POLICY As soon as you walk in you will be taken away by the ocean views, large open floor plan and modern kitchen. This is a Freshly Remodeled HUGE 2 bedroom/2 bath condo with new paint, porcelain tile, furniture, appliances, cabinets, counter tops, etc. The long 715 square foot wrap around balcony offers plenty of seating and a several tables for outdoor dining as well as breath taking views. Fun, beachy decor gives a relaxing, happy atmosphere. Master suite is oceanfront and boasts a king sized sealey I series pillow top bed, lots of closet space and flat screen cable TV. The Master Bath has new vanity, sink, faucet, and granite counter top as well as a gorgeous glass shower. The Second huge bedroom has two Queen sized beds with 4"foam toppers, plenty of closet space, and flat screen HD cable TV. The kitchen is nicely equipped with new LG Refrigerator with filtered water and ice maker in the door, new pots, pans, utensils, etc. The Family Room has new Italian leather sofa, electric recliner (super comfortable), 65" flat screen HD Smart TV, and views, views, views! You will also enjoy the beach chair service with two padded lounge chairs and umbrella provided for this unit. LOCATION: On Thomas Drive, this unit sits right on the beach on the quiet end of Panama City Beach. You are just minutes away from Pier Park, Captain Andersons, St. Andrews Park, Shell Island, Schooners, and many other local attractions. OUR UNIT: Our 17TH FLOOR end unit is BEACH FRONT located at the east end of the building and has breathtaking views of the beach, gulf, bay, jetties, and lagoon. Dave is a fantastic host! He was incredibly welcoming and made sure that we had everything we needed for a great stay. The space was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities. The location was perfect, with beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. I would highly recommend staying here!

This was our 3rd stay at the Watercrest and it was yet again perfect. The location is ideal - easy to get places but on the quieter end of of PCB. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. The view can't be beat. David is always very responsive and easy to work with. We will be back.

The condo is exactly as described and was absolutely perfect for our week-long stay. Dave was incredibly responsive and very helpful. Great communication from start to finish.
Our pre-teen girls loved eating breakfast on the balcony every morning and hanging out on the hammock every evening - it became 'their thing'. The ease of access to the beach is unbeatable and everyone we met at the Watercrest building was friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Quick getaway 7/14/22-7/18/22
We did a last minute trip and Dave was great to work with. The place was clean and had everything that we needed. The view was amazing! We would go back even though the elevator in the place was broke or being fixed most of the time. We got a good workout walking up 17 flights of stairs. Everyone said that it had not been like that before. We really enjoyed our condo and would rent from Dave again!

Broken elevators and being on the 17th floor was not fun !!!
The actual condo was everything as posted ! The building was horrible! I will never go back to this location, we go on vacation 2-4 times a year Panama is beautiful but this building was a first and last for my family. Huge bugs alive and dead I’m pretty sure they was roaches or water bugs but not certain! Broken elevators from day one . Then had no elevators that worked so we was stuck inside because we have children and did t want to take a chance of them falling down steps . We was on 17th floor and had to carry our luggage down when we left to go back home . Also had multiple issues with security being extremely rude ! Overall I would rate unit1701 5 stars .unfortunately water crest building I would rate 0 .

Beautiful view, clean condo, plenty of space
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and beach was not too crowded. Downsides: the tiki bar was a bit unpredictable in hours and didn’t serve anything in the evening past 4-5pm. The elevators broke multiple times during our 5 day stay, but they were fixed by quickly it seemed…we never had to take the stairs. The racquetball courts were also not open, and we were hoping to use those. The pool could get a bit crowded at times. Upsides: everyone was super friendly, security enforced the rules keeping non-guests out of the pool area, the amazing view and balcony (except you can’t see the sunset from the balcony), very comfortable condo, easy to park, and clear instructions to check in and out. We don’t often stay at the same place twice (we like variety) but we would definitely stay here again! There is so much to do close by, and this side of the beach isn’t as crowded as the main are to the west. Having chair service was also a bonus.

The front door doesn’t latch well and the stove top knobs are on backwards. These really are not complaints just helpful tips for future renters!

One of the Best by Far
This 17th floor condo is one of the best we have ever stayed in. Everything was high end and the hosts thought of everything to make their guests comfortable. Probably some of the best views in Panama City Beach. It will be hard to find a place to top this, so I’m sure we won’t even try. We will definitely be back. The hosts were so easy to work with and responded almost immediately - very accommodating to our needs and requests. More than a 10 ⭐️ Rating! TY

Nice place but could use some TLC
This is the fourth oceanfront condo we have rented through VRBO. Although the corner view of this unit is fabulous, it is cut off to the west by the building so you don't get that total "wow" effect of seeing all the way across the coast. This isn't really shown in the pics. The wrap around balcony is very cool and the hammock is a nice touch.
The kitchen is large and spacious. Since we were there during the COVID pandemic, we did not want to go out to eat (by the way, we encountered a lot of the people who were NOT wearing masks, even in Publix), so the large kitchen was great for cooking all our meals. However, the dishes are pretty chipped up and there was only one wine glass (although the online pic shows a whole shelf full). The only teflon type pan was rather small and very used. We brought our own K cups for the combo coffee maker but we couldn't get it to work. There was a very small amount of ground coffee there so we ended up going to the store to get more. That side of the coffee maker worked fine (bring your own coffee).
The condo was relatively clean, except the tile floors were filthy. We walked around barefoot and our feet were SO dirty on the bottom. Although the floors were swept, they obviously need a thorough scrubbing. We started wearing our shoes while inside.
The a/c went out and the building maintenance called us to shut off the breaker and and re-set. It remained off for almost a whole day, but finally kicked back on.
There are a few other minor repairs needed: switch plate cover missing, front left burner out on stove, bedroom TV screen is fuzzy and the whole place needs a fresh coat of paint and new linens. This property could easily be rated a 5 if taken care of properly. The owner answered my emails promptly and as I mentioned, the corner view is fabulous. We did not use the pool but we did go to the beach and used the free beach chairs and umbrella that Jimmy set up for us. That was great! The beach was gorgeous as usual!
