Absolutely fantastic. INCREDIBLE staff, INCREDIBLE facilities, INCREDIBLE location. I was totally surprised in the best way possible about how good our stay was. Could not recommend this place enough. Great job, team!!! Special shout-out to Chris and Maria for the extensive kindness.

Great location, two free beers. Very nice Decor inside.
It takes a while to get to the fact that there are no humans involved in the check-in process.

Comfortable bed. Clean room. Beautifully decorated.
Julie was incredibly rude to us over the phone when we called her to get the email for access to our room..... She's not at all what I have come to expect from someone working at an Eleven property.
The AC was not working in one of our rooms (she texted us to open the window), one of the shades did not go up and the sink was backed up.
