You are also close to supermarkets, rental car shops, Aventura Mall for your convenience. The unit has been fully renovated. The unit can accommodate 4 people (queen bed, sofa bed, and twin bed). This is an apartment complete with full size kitchen and bathroom. Free WiFi anywhere in the apartment. TV with Netflix compatibility. The kitchen is fully equipped with cook top, toaster oven, high end silver ware, pots and pans, dishes, wine glasses, blender and microwave. The unit has bath and beach towels, two adult beach chairs and two child size beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler, iron and iron board, hair dryer, 50 inch plasma TV.

Great communication from the host..Great view..very clean and cozy for two.. beach chairs and towels were provided..great for a getaway or a staycation. Wifi connectivity was the only issue. Would definitely recommend to anyone 9.5/10

Extremely satisfied with our condo. Full kitchen and ocean view for the price. You can’t beat anywhere else.If you’re looking for a quieter, more mellow beach experience, this is the place. The balcony view is spectacular! If you want to go to the boardwalk, you will have to Uber, but thats a small price to pay.

We came in late and still found the check in process easy. Property was clean and matched the description and pictures. This is not the newest building you could stay in but was a great value for the cost.
