About this condo rental
Located in Hollywood Beach, this lovely condo for $145 per night is a great option for your next trip. A Little Gem On Time For Your Next Getaway!!! PLEASE SEND A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION BEFORE FILING A BOOKING REQUEST (otherwise the booking request will be systematically declined). Intent is to ensure there is good match between what the owners have and what your needs are. The building is directly on the beach and the condo is located on the 11th floor. It is a magnificent and spotless renovated condo, including a stunning freshly renovated porcelain floor, granite kitchen counters, brand new appliances, a new mattress, a plasma TV, new furniture, a gorgeous balcony with a very special view directly on the beautiful city of Miami and the Inter coastal. This includes: -access to 2 very charming swimming pool, with a bar which provide drinks and appetizers. -access to the BEACH, spa, gym, restaurant, yoga classes and much more!! -24 hours valet service available - Free chairs, tables and umbrella at the pool Please note that in addition to the daily rate, there is : - a cleaning fee to be paid cash or Zelle upon departure of $170. - a magnetic pass (FOB) fee of $30 per 2 persons (allows you to move around in the complex) and a parking fee if you need parking ($75/wk , $100 for 2 weeks, $125 for 3 and $150 for the month). FOB and parking are to be paid by credit card. Teens over 13 are considered adults for the purpose of this property. Additional adults (over 2) are subject to an additional fee (please validate with the owner) CHECK IN TIME IS 3PM AND CHECK OUT TIME IS 10AM.

Max was so easy to work with ! The condo is perfect just like it’s says ! All staff that we encountered where spectacular! Check in was easy!
I loved the fact that Max checked on us ! I have never had any owners that we have rented from so that!!! He is wonderful ! Recommend this with 10 stars if I could !!!

This was our first experience with this condominium. The host/owner was very detailed with the expectations before we booked and continued to be extremley accommodationing and helpful throughout the week. He allowed us to check in early and stay late. Great communication
The condo unit was very clean with everything needed to eat, sleep, clean and play. My daughter and her friend slept on the sofabed and said it was very comfortable. There was only 2 beach towels and 4 of us so would recommend bringing extra.
The condo complex is clean and well maintained with a nice pool (no hot tub) and direct beach access. Inside the complex is a bit dated but still nice. There is decent exercise room.
Our ONLY complaint would be the miscellaneous fees and strict policies. Warnings posted about $100 fines with breaking them. The check in process was long and rigid and the registration staff was not very friendly. There are wristbands that have to be worn and security will check them. There is also a $30 non refundable key fob that you have to pay for every 2 people. The host does explain all of this prior to booking which was helpful! We understand the reasons behind the fees and policies for safety, etc...but it made it feel a little sub class.
We were there during spring break (Easter, Passover) so it was very busy. I would not allow our teenage girls to wander around alone.
Overall we enjoyed our week and loved the condo unit and the host/owner was amazing!

Max was great to work with. The unit was as described, great location. He gave clear instructions, no surprises and was very flexible and accommodating when we needed laundry detergent for example. Would book again. Great host.

Absolutely awesome place, very clean, pics are exactly as the place looked. Max, the owner, was very accommodating with early check in and later check out. just a text away if you needed anything. The condo was equipped with everything one could need. Beautiful beach and pools. We will be back!

Just the Right Place
Place was spotless clean and had everything needed for a perfect retreat away from home. Conveniently located in best part of Hollywood area, across the street from stores and a steps from the beach. Host was great and very thoughtful in communicating with us, and always responsive. Would never look for another place as long as this is available for our South Florida get aways.

Wonderful condo
The condo was very clean and had a stocked kitchen if you wanted to cook meals. Walking distance to a Walmart which was also convenient. Max was awesome and always responded quick and also checked in with us during our 5 day stay to make sure we didn't need anything! Definitely would recommend

Great location with everything we needed
We found the listing information to be very accurate and excellent communication from Max. There's a Walmart close by if you want groceries or need any supplies. Some restaurants in walking distance, but much more with a short Uber ride. We never had to wait more than 5 minutes for an Uber. The beach and pool are great. We have used VRBO/HomeAway multiple times and all of our experiences have been good, but this one tops all of the others. From the fast response times and amazing communication to thorough directions for check-in and check-out- this truly was an outstanding experience.

I loved that there were some books available in the unit since my husband and I both forgot to bring something to read on the beach. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need for any type of meal. I was thoroughly impressed with all of the gadgets and dishes available.
The location is perfect- right on the beach and close to so many things! We drove into Miami on a few different occasions for dinner/shopping. It’s also close enough to make a day trip to the Keys (we drove all the way to Key West and spent the day- it was an all day adventure but definitely worth it). I will say that given the close proximity to almost everything in Hollywood, you don’t really need a car if you stay in this unit unless you want to drive into Miami or the Keys.
We can’t wait to return!

Best Experience Ever
We have used VRBO/HomeAway multiple times and all of our experiences have been good, but this one tops all of the others. From the fast response times and amazing communication to thorough directions for check-in and check-out- this truly was an outstanding experience.

Condo was extremely clean! Outdoor patio perfect for two people and we enjoyed it each morning with our coffee. Very very busy at the pool and beach (pool chairs filled up fast and early) but unfortunately, we did not realize we booked our stay during Florida spring break. Beach is very clean!! Check in was a bit of a process as we got there at 6pm and the workers who are in charge of this leave at 5pm everyday. The young woman working at the front desk was not very helpful and made the situation a bit frustrating and confusing. About an 8 minute walk to Walmart and a lot of restaurants on Hallandale blvd. Hollywood Broadwalk 2 miles down the street. We made the walk back from the Broadwalk and it wasn’t bad, it’s a straight shot. If you’re an avid sub bather, like myself, be careful where you position yourself on the beach and at the pool as the sun starts to escape behind the high rise buildings relatively early in the afternoon (around 3pm - at least at this time of year at any rate.)Max was extremely prompt at getting back to me throughout my stay and prior to my stay! He was a wonderful host!

Nice Property. Garage is dim and not easily accessible. Check in due to covid not easy.

We wanted a relaxing weekend away and this was the perfect place. Close to restaurants and other entertainment but also has a great pool and beach access. Owners were great to work with to accommodate our flight times as well. I would definitely stay here again.
