The location is perfect. Very close to the beach. Great view to enjoy coffee on the balcony in the morning. I found the amenities to be inconsistent: many linen, bath towels and beach towels, but no hand towels and no dish cloths. Even when I mentioned it, they did not bring any dish cloths. We had to use face cloths from the bathroom. Very low on toilet paper also. We almost ran out just before we left !! Aside from that, the kitchen is well equipped and there were plenty of toiletries. The platform bed was a bit difficult to manœuvre and I'll admit a few toes were hurt.

Had to report to three stations plus meet property manager to get into room. Told at Checkin I would get a refund for FOB at check out was told person didn’t know what she was talking about. Manager told us three or four times we would have to pay for anything that was broken,the dining table had benches instead of chairs the support for one was lying on the floor looked at doors going out to the balcony the blinds had a two foot section missing furnishings did nothing to contribute to useable space in the place. All of the checking were about collecting money,one had to be cash why/

This establishment and this condo were awesome! This is a very secure establishment and requires a fob to enter and exit all doors... including the beach! You won't find a better view straight out looking into the ocean! The sunrise...the moon dancing on the water, everything was perfect! The room has everything you need.... including chairs in the closet for the beach and beach towels! Very convenient area.... several nice places within 5-10 minutes of the condo! Martha was very kind and easy to work with, we appreciated her very much! You won't regret your stay here!

The condo was perfect for my family of 4. The kitchen has everything you need to stay in a make meals or venture out to one of the nearby restaurants.There was plenty of beach chairs,coolers and toys for the kids. The view is amazing and enjoyed the sunrise right from the balcony. The check in was really easy and the woman we met with was so welcoming. Martha herself was fantastic to communicate with, she went above and beyond for my sons birthday. This will definitely be an annual getaway for my family.

This apartment is an excellent location. It is a mere 7-minute walk/elevator ride from the apartment's door to standing in the ocean. It was a quick 6-minute Uber to Walmart. It was lovely to watch the sunrise over the Atlantic from the comfort of the couch. Our main challenge with this VRBO was communication with the owner/managers. We were told by the owner that we would need to check-in with a manager present. The manager said just to go up to the apartment. When water cascaded through the light fixture in the bathroom ceiling, the owner told us to contact the manager and go down to the first floor desk to report the problem. We never laid eyes on the property manager. It is a great location at a decent price despite the communication issues.

Awesome view and location!! Ocean view, Gym, and ocean access everything was great! Several restaurants around the area and things to explore, We also had everything we needed like beach towels and chairs. Would definitely recommend this condo, it’s perfect for a little vacation getaway.

The property is very well located. Close to the beach and business. Kitchen have plenty of utensils plus some seasoning and extra stuff, feeling like home. The checking process was very easy. They have a lot of Beach stuff, chairs, coolers, umbrella, and also beach towels. Very nice place, and the communication with the caretaker was very good and always ready to help. The condo was clean and had a perfect location. The host was very accommodating and friendly. Everything you could need was in the condo for prepping meals to the beach. We had a wonderful experience and will book again next time.

This was a really nice condo building right on the beach. There are two pools to enjoy but they were very crowded. The property manager was easy to get a hold of and nice to deal with. The check in and check out process are somewhat of a headache. At arrival , guests have to check into an office which had a line or people waiting . Wrist bands, key fobs and parking passes are given out. Everyone in your party must be there to get their wrist band. I understand it is done for security reasons but this is not what we want to do upon arriving from a long flight etc. Guests must wait in this line again when checking out.

Very clean and comfortable. Full of all needed amenities and beach equipment. We came to Florida from California to watch the Miami Open and enjoy some relaxing bea h time. Perfect!

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful visit to Florida in Martha’s condo. It was so nice to stay in a condo without worrying to bring all the little extras. She had towels, paper products, beach chairs, coolers. It made the beach so enjoyable. The view of the ocean is nice. The check in in process is a little cumbersome but nothing that hindered our experience. I would love to stay again! Thank you!

Let me start by saying that Martha was a great communicator and host. In all my years of booking self catering apartments I think that she was one of the fastest to respond! and helpful as well as her rep on site. The apartment is as shown in the pictures and the kitchen is well equipped! Thank you for also having at our disposal beach chairs, umbrellas other items. That was well appreciated! This is an older establishment but we’ll maintained and great outdoor amenities. Right in front of the beach!

This was a wonderful apartment to stay in and was very clean, organized and tidy. The apartment is exactly like the pictures show. The owner provided everything we needed especially for the beach - chairs, coolers, umbrella & beach bag. She even had beach toys & boogie boards for kids even though we didn’t need these. The extra special touches were appreciated- towel/bathing suit rack in bedroom, spices for cooking along with any cooking gadget you need, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash. The owner was easy to communicate with and check was easy. Would definitely return!

The check in procedure is a bit "corporate" and rushed, but with the instructions left in the home it all worked out extremely well. It was clean and well furnished. The pool, beach etc. were fantastic. We would stay again if we decide to go back to the Hollywood area.

Had more than enough things to make our stay very comfortable could not expect anything more loved it

My wife, 3 yo and myself really enjoyed ourselves! Beautiful view of the ocean and very clean apartment! Easy parking and there are a number of beach toys that were supplied in the apt which my daughter loved! Highly recommended!

The apartment was as pictured and the supply of beach items was great! Everything we needed to spend the day on the beach. We were conveniently located within walking distance to Walmart. We had a great time!

My husband and I were part of the whole Southwest airline debacle and could not get to Fort Lauderdale on Dec. 26, 2022 because we were one of thousands of flights canceled. We also did not have any luggage to even bring with us if we could have gotten there. I kept in contact with the owner throughout the process, and she refused ANY type of refund! ZERO, not even fees. At least we could have gotten back half of the money or the cleaning, service and tax fees. She told me if she had a week's notice then maybe. Who could ever plan for something like this? Friends of ours got 100% if their money back from a different owner because the owner felt so bad for them. Would not recommend working with owner in case any emergency would arise

This property was clean, comfortable, well-kept, and felt roomy for a small place. Fantastic view!!!! There was nothing that could have been better about our stay at this property. I would stay here again or highly recommend to someone else.

Our stay with Martha was wonderful! The property manager was so easy to reach and they were great about rearranging our stay when our flight was cancelled and quick to respond when we thought a hurricane may keep us there an extra day. The location was perfect for our first trip with our infant. It was easy for the parents to take turns enjoying the building amenities and easy to take her out to the pool and beach without sacrificing nap time. The apartment is spacious and clean with everything you could need to enjoy the property and the balcony views are incredible! Thank you for a great stay Martha!

Great location and amazing views!! We loved the access to the beach along with the beach chairs and cooler to make the beach enjoyable! Host & caretaker were very friendly and responded very quickly to any messages. Thank you for a great weekend!

First, Martha and her team were excellent. All initial information was accurate and informative. They provided us with help during the check in process that made it easy to complete. Martha was super responsive when needed. I needed to make a change in the reservation and it all went flawlessly. All the furniture was nice and in great condition. Comfortable bed. Kitchen was well stocked. The unit had several beach towels, numerous beach accessories like, chairs, coolers, beach toys. The negatives for this unit are minor but I will point them out. Being an older building you see some peeling of paint on the doors. The bathroom is on the small size but adequate. There is a nice walk in closet so there wasn’t bedroom furniture (I like a dresser to set my technology items for charging). If you have trouble getting up from low furniture the bed will be an issue for you. Take a look at the photos before booking. ***pictures were accurate October 2022*** Location: The view from the balcony is awesome. We could see the sunrise but that will depend on the time of year. Walmart/publix are really close. There are a few restaurants right across the street. We walked to the Hollywood Beach Boardwalk a few times but it is 1.5-2.5 miles depending on what part. There is also a golf cart uber type service called Circuit. Look that up online, they charged $2 per person for the ride. We used it several times. We also used uber. Those rides were just under $9 to Hollywood Beach Boardwalk. The tides: I’ve read complaints about The Tides complex on VRBO. I found all the employees to be pleasant to deal with. I witnessed people cleaning baseboards and mopping floors which demonstrates the pride they take in their facility. You do need a key fob to get into and in some cases around the building/property. Personally that makes me feel safer and keeps people from using services that I paid for. I could see where it could be a hassle if you have multiple people wanting to go different directions. I did not ask if you could get more key fob ($30 non refundable). We were there during tropical storm warnings because of hurricane Ian. The pool was closed 1 day for safety and promptly opened the next day with everything looking great. I I did not find the parking to be an issue. $20 refundable fee for use of RFID parking pass that opens the gates for unlimited in/out. We paid $75 for 5+ days of parking which I consider to be fair.

The condo was very clean, nicely decorated, and equipped with everything we needed. The owners were great to deal with, and they were quick to respond to any of our questions. The location was great. We were right on the beach and close to anything we needed or wanted to do. We would definitely stay here again.
