We loved our stay here over Christmas! Everyone was friendly, the condo was adorable with a great view and had enough space for my family of 5. Easy access to the beach, pool and gym. I definitely recommend staying here!

This place was very comfy and had everything we could have needed. It was a great space for a family, allowing us to spread out a bit and make some meals in the kitchen. It was walking distance to a lot of things (beach, restaurants, the Broadwalk). Highly recommend.

Perfect stop for a quick stay before a cruise that offers more space than a hotel room.
Condo is as described in the listing and suited our needs.

This condo provided a comfortable stay. Only thing we might mention was that the unit was not stocked well. Unfortunately we assumed we would find the minimum stock for starter supplies, however sad to say we had no coffee our first morning. Two pots to include a kuerig but no pods, and there were no extra sheets for pull out couch. Once we were able to find a store open after the holiday, we were able to remedy the situation. :)
Attention to little details like that are always appreciated and can go a long way. Overall we really enjoyed the stay, the location is great and ppl were very nice!

This property is amazing and relaxing, exactly what I was needing. Beautiful and provides great beds/linen. Easy access to the beach and city. Building manager and valet were also exceptional. There was miscommunication regarding check out that caused some confusion. Overall excellent stay and host.

My wife and 2 kids (6 and 1.5) had a great experience staying at this property. The place had everything you may need for your home away from home. Everything was clean and the place well kept. Communication with the owner was a breeze. The location was awesome, steps away from the beach and close to lots of attractions. I would def recommend and stay at this place next time i'm traveling. Thank you to the hosts for providing a great travel experience.

I would have given 5 stars if it weren't for the problem at check-in with the door key code that didn't work, I spent more than an hour trying to contact the owner with no response by message or call, and the problem was only resolved after contacting with VRBO support, who also failed to contact the owner but managed to get in touch with someone else who knew the correct code for the door key.
Another negative point is the second bedroom that does not have air conditioning, the only way to make the room a little cooler was by using the fan or leaving the doors fully open to receive air from the living room.
Everything else is very clean and organized, well located, and very easy access to the beach, and everything is according to the description of the property.

Our stay at the apartment was refreshing and re-energizing! The place was clean and had everything we needed for a great stay. We were very close to the beach, and the pool was a nice option too. The wifi was fast. The laundry facilities were on the same floor which was convenient. Wendy let our small dog stay and it was very easy to take her out to go to the bathroom. Would definitely recommend!

it was as advertized. wendy communicates well. walk to beach. pool was salty and warm like the ocean. $10 a day for parking even very partial days and $30 rental for each key to outside doors that would be better to be included in the cost imo. we would stay again.

Great spot if you’re looking for easy beach access and beach vibes all around. You can definitely walk to the Hollywood boardwalk if you wanted, but it’s also maybe a 3 minute Uber if you choose to drive. Plenty to do near by and beautiful views of the ocean!

Checking in was a major issue we felt unwelcome and the security guard was extremely rude and unhelpful. My 5 year old granddaughter asked, "why is the man so mean and mad"? (Unacceptable) it was surrounding the confusion of the key and code, made us use a service elevator to take our luggage to room only to learn the elevator in front would have sufficed. Honestly felt culture/race played a part in treatment.

The condo was GREAT, the location was perfect!!! The condo was clean and thank you to the host Wendy for suppling beach chairs and umbrellas. You can rent them on the beach for $85 per day. The view from the balcony was very enjoyable to see the sun rise and the night light traffic. Check in was no issue at all. Yes only one elevator works. I would definitely stay at this location again!!!

The weather was perfect during our stay. The location for the beach was terrific. The amenities in the condo are limited and the furniture is basic. The second “bedroom” has no window, and the “door” is actually a large multi-paneled sliding door into the living room. Although the listing claims two bathrooms, one of them is actually a half bath (and identified as such only in the breakdown description of the rooms and beds). Check in and out were easy. The host was amenable to us bringing our two labradoodles. During our stay the smoke detectors that are connected to each other went off line. They individually started to flash. The host did not remedy this, but gave us a link to a website to do so ourselves. Even after calling the company, we were unsuccessful. We told the host, who said she’d correct the issue when we departed. The smoke detectors continued to flash throughout our stay. After our departure, our dogs were accused of doing their business in the condo. They are adult dogs who have NEVER urinated or defecated indoors. They were walked four times a day. The accusation is a fabrication and although the host sent us pictures of their mess, none showed any “business” (they showed only fur and a melted ice cube). They did shed as they came from 15 degree temperatures to 85 degrees. We swept and vacuumed daily, and on the morning before our 6 am departure, but were still charged a cleaning fee despite the prepaid cleaning fee plus the daily extra dog fee. Misinformation was provided by the host regarding our security deposit, which we were able to clarify only by contacting VRBO. We won’t be using this facility again.

This was our first visit to Hollywood. Wendy and Adam have a cute place. Check in was a little crazy as I had phone issues and the front desk didn't have us listed. If I had printed the check in info we would have been fine. The apartment is clean and bright and the bed was great. We enjoyed the balcony in the evening.
The pool and beach area were great, very nice to have beach chairs. We found a nice sushi place next door. There are not many places to eat in close proximity. Walking 2 miles down the beach with a 10 year old, after a day of sun wasn't an option and we had to drive and park for dinner. Not a big deal but the valet was super busy and Uber was 20-30 minutes most nights for a pick up. Valet was excellent, they learned us right away and always tried to get to us quickly. We tipped them on the first day, and that always helps. Very nice crew. Overall good stay.
