Panama City Beach, Florida SLEEPS 8 with ease! A cozy, spacious Golf Villa with LOCATION! Second floor unit in the COVETED 500 BUILDING. Easy in and out -- right next to the bridge for a quick (5 min) walk or tram ride to the beach, main resort, and lagoon pool with complete food and bar service. There are several pools on the Golf Villas side as well, and this building is located ~25 steps away from one. Complimentary tram service runs resort-wide taking you wherever you want to go on resort property! You will love relaxing on the oversized covered balcony that leads to the living room & master suite! Master Bedroom has a BRAND NEW KING SIZE BED (06/2023), view of the golf course and sliding glass doors to the condo's spacious private balcony, its own private bath with dressing room and walk-in closet. Relax and curl up and enjoy the new 44 inch HDTV. Guest bedroom has two full beds, a full bath, and a new 44 inch HDTV. Living room has a new queen size sleeper sofa, love seat, comfy chairs and a new 50’ HDTV. No need to overpack; we have an in-unit WASHER AND DRYER so you can save room in your suitcase for souvenirs. We provide a STARTER PACK supplies, (trashbag, TP, soap, etc.) just to get you through the first night, NOT for your entire stay. Family owned and operated for 30 years! Thank you for supporting our small business. --------IMPORTANT: EDGEWATER REGISTRATION Edgewater Beach Resort requires ** Each Reservation to pay a $50 mandatory Resort Fee.** Registration link will be provided via VRBO message prior to check-in. There, you can pay the one-time $50 Resort Fee, which includes 1 parking pass, entry to the resort and use of basic amenities. This fee is not included in your VRBO reservation. Fees are only paid one time regardless of the length of stay, # of guests, and even if no vehicle will be accessing/parking on property. I love Edgewater Resort. I only stay at this resort whenever I’m in Panama City. The pool and access to the beach is so convenient. Anything and everything you wish to have are minutes away. Awesome restaurants!

The condo was very clean including the floors. Nice location on the quieter end of the beach. Directly across from some of our favorite places to eat…Dee’s Hangout, American Charlie’s, and Pink Pelican ice cream. Just a very short walk across the parking lot to one of the pools and a nice walk or golf cart ride to the large pool or beach. Condo is very close to the bridge that takes you over to the other part of the resort. Newer appliances and living room furniture. My husband loved the new mattress in the master bedroom so much that we had to ask what kind it was and where to purchase it! Boys loved having their own beds rather than bunk beds. Ana is a great communicator and answered every question I had very quickly. Checkout instructions are simple and easy to take care of. The condo is older but has some nice updates. Plenty of parking right in front of the condo. There were a few things that were a little challenging for our tall family-low shower heads, low ceilings, and low toilets, but that’s common for us. Lol!

We had a great stay at this villa. It was a short walk to the big pools and beach. It was also a quick walk to other things to do for spring break. We did not have any issues checking in. Overall we had a great week of Spring Break.

2 BR, 2 Bath, directly across from the Edgewater Conference Center which was perfect for my stay. Pricing through VRBO was a little misleading so I felt like I ended up paying more than I originally expected.

The place was actually a little better looking than in the pictures with the couches being newer than the pictures. The beach is a short walk away and the pool is across the parking lot. Overall it was a great trip and the self check in when we got there so late was helpful. There were a couple minor things, we pay for parking passes which is absolutely understandable however when security gave us temporary ones they were good through our entire weekend stay anyways so we could’ve probably avoided the extra fees for the actual passes & there is a cleaning fee but we have to take out all of our own trash but I couldn’t find any extra bags so I e just packed up some boxes we had in the car with any remaining garbage and stripping all the towels and sheets. Again minor things but it made checkout just a little overwhelming making sure to check off all the boxes along with getting 2 little ones situated to leave. I would still stay again though, everything was clean and the location was just great.

I have rented this same property two years now. You can’t beat the location in the villa’s. It is located immediately next to the walking bridge. The property is nice and clean. The owners are very responsive when communicating with them. I definitely recommend staying here.
