The location is absolutely fantastic — right on the beachfront, with beautiful views of both the sea and the pool. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, and everything you could possibly need within walking distance. It’s hard to imagine a better location.
The apartment itself is very well equipped and has everything you need for a comfortable stay and everyday living. We truly enjoyed our time here and would be happy to come back! We also have a parking lot available in front of the building.
Sometimes the air conditioning made very loud noises during operation, which was burdensome for small children. It's not a major defect, but I would like to note that something like this happened. The apartment could probably use a light refresh, as a few elements need replacement after a few years of use. Otherwise, everything is great.

Die Wohnung ist perfekt, die Lage ideal und der Strand super für kleine Kinder. Die Wohnung ist sauber, groß, komfortabel und hervorragend ausgestattet. Sollte etwas gefehlt haben, wurde es umgehend vom sehr freundlichen Service zugestellt. Wir können die Wohnung absolut empfehlen.
Bei der Wohnung war alles ok, der Strand und Wasser sind etwas weiterweg vom Port schöner.

The place is right at the beach and you have fabulous views. Everything is in walking distance and there is a pool as well. There is air conditioning and fans to stay cool on hot days. I love that there are a bunch of cleaning supplies. Since you’re so close to the beach it’s nice to have a broom and mop. I used it daily.
The furniture is a dated and could use some touch ups/exchanges, but everything works and does its job.
