We loved the pool area and the wonderful staff took great care of us. We utilized the shuttle to town for dinner a few times but found the food at the resort to be better.
We were there at the hottest time of the year and the AC had a hard time keeping the room cool in the heat of the afternoon. This was our only negative.

The staff were so welcoming and a pleasure to get to know. A true family run business with a high attention to detail. A very beautiful serene location where you truly feel away from it all. The spa services were excellent and so was the food. Marcos and Carlos went above and beyond to make sure our stay was very comfortable.
I really can't think of anything. It was perfect and I'd be more than happy to recommend it to family and friends.

The room was fantastic, spacious, quiet. The family running the Hotel were friendly.
The breakfast isn’t really 4 Star and not much either compared to other accommodations. As obviously the road up to the Hotel is really quite a challenge 😕
