Situated in Oceanside, this attractive condo for $528 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. We have 2 condos in the 6 unit building and can accommodate larger groups up to 16 people. Your family will enjoy uninterrupted Ocean View. Balcony Furniture Seats your family comfortably on Large Double Balcony. Central air and heat and Cool Summer Breezes keep you cool in the Summer. Property Across the street from the Beach with Large concrete porch to sit outside and enjoy the sunset and the company of friends, family or guests. We just remodeled master bath area and added walk in shower. There are three Bedrooms, 2 baths and enough room for up to 8 people to feel very comfortable. Property Features & Amenities: Three Bedrooms, Two Full Bathrooms for maximum Eight people occupancy CAL. Walking distance to Downtown. Restaurants, Pier, Bars. Movie Theater, Bus & Mass Transit. 45 minutes from San Diego,. 90 minutes from Los Angeles. Very Near Wild Animal Park. I have other oceanfront homes or condos that may be available for your dates! We Manage two properties at this location and can accommodate up to 16 people Other Things to Note: No Parties or Events.. No Pets, No Smoking! This unit is on lower level however there are few steps of stairs to get into the front door and Multiple stairs going into the parking garage. Covid-19 Family Safety We will disinfect properties thoroughly between Guests and provide disinfecting products to help keep your family safe. We inspect our properties personally. Your safety is our main concern.

We enjoyed this beach front location. Its walking distance to the pier and lots of great restaurants. There are chairs, beach umbrellas, boogie boards and toys available for use. The kitchen is well equipped.
We were missing one item and the manager dropped one off within 10 min. Much appreciated.

Went with family and grandkids. Loved sitting on the patio looking at the ocean! Nice unit all on one level. Great for families. Close to local restaurants and shops. Beach right in front is rocky so you do have to go down a ways to get a sand beach. Nice playground in front down the stairs for the kids. Would stay again!

The apartment was clean and outfitted with everything we needed. Location was walking distance to The Strand and not far from downtown. When all you want to do is catch-up with friends its the perfect perch to enjoy the views, laughs and good wine.

If you are looking for an oceanfront beach vacation this is the place! Right across the street from the beach and playgrounds. Close enough to walk to all the great restaurants in Oceanside. House is roomy and we really enjoyed the gas fireplace on the chilly mornings and evenings!

The location is dynamite, the property was ample for 4 adults and 2 teens. Everything we needed was there. We cook our meals at home, and we had everything we needed at this property. It is very comfortable and clean with a wonderful view of the ocean. Thank you Tim!

The home was extremely clean and comfortable, it's actually much nicer than the photos. The kitchen is very well stocked with whatever you need for cooking. When I asked the hosts if the kitchen had a roasting pan, they went out and bought a new one, which I really appreciated.
Communication was fast and easy, we'd love to stay here again in the future!

Walking in and the smell of CLEAN greets you if the owner doesn't make it there first!
We decided to bring the kids with us on our business trip to San Diego and stay somewhere with a view on the beach.
Tim, the owner, met us there. Showed us where to find everything within the condo. He even told us about a festival within walking distance that had a little bit of something for everyone in my family. It made for a nice first evening for us after traveling 5 hours from Vegas.
The property is literally across the street from the beach. The condo also had boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas and toys for the Littles while we enjoyed a nice beach day.
I would love to stay here again. Very comfortable furniture, enough things you tend to need to purchase like Laundry detergent, dish soap, paper towels, trash bags, etc.
We came across this rental by chance. My advice to anyone searching....book this rental!

The sliding glass doors across the living room and dining room give great ocean breezes and the sunsets are stunning. Everything is newly decorated, super functional, and immaculately cleaned. This is a great space for guests of all ages! It is 132 steps to the stairs down to the beach and boardwalk. There is a playground and restrooms at the bottom of the stairs as well as yoga every morning at 9 on the grassy area. The beach directly out is rocky but down closer to the pier is a great sandy beach area. Lots of activities around to enjoy and have fun!

Very Nice Weekend!
Property as described. Convenient access to the beach. Nice to have 2 parking spots under the unit, so no fighting to get a 'close spot' out front. Check in was super easy and property manager was very communicative! The street in front of the unit can get busy, but the front yard has a 'fence/rope barrier' which we used to allow the kids to play safely in the grass when we weren't at the beach.

We had a great 4 day stay. Walked the beach, wharf and strand. Went on a whale watching cruise out of Oceanside Harbor. The unit has a great location and was perfectly set up to enjoy our time. Would love to come back!!!

The cleanliness, location, and view exceeded our expectations.
The pictures are not exaggerated like other listings. The condo was meticulously cleaned and the property manager was always available when we needed him. The view was breathtaking. We will be renting this place anytime we are in Oceanside. Highly recommended!!!
