Situated in Carlsbad, this lovely house for $599 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. THE MOST FAMILY-FRIENDLY HOME IN THE VILLAGE !!! Charmingly furnished with four-bedrooms and three-bathrooms, this beautiful townhome sits just a block from the beach and steps to every amenity Carlsbad Village has to offer. With 3100sf of indoor living space, a private two-car garage and two enormous 500sf patios for outdoor enjoyment and entertaining, this townhome is the ultimate family-friendly Carlsbad destination. We have 5 young children of our own ages 18 months to 10 years -- so we have every amenity you will ever need to entertain kids of all ages. Child-related amenities include: - Two child-themed bedrooms with Queen Beds and large TV's - 500sf Child-safe patio just outside family room / kitchen area - Pack-N-Play - Child Gates - Boy & Girl "Paw Patrol" toddler beds - High Chair - Children's utensils, plates, cups, etc. - Train Table - "Frozen" Dollhouse - Piles of Kids Books & Toys - Three (3) Strollers: Double, Jogging, Umbrella - Two (2) Wagons - Door Swing - Bed Rails - Ride-On Toys - Water Play - Beach Toys Our home has two separate family rooms, one on either side of the large gourmet kitchen. Both have brand new, comfortable, oversize furniture and their own A/V systems with surround sound and 80" and 70" hi-def TV's, respectively. The larger of the two family rooms also leads to the first of two large 500sf+ patios complete with separate dining and seating areas and ample play space for the children. In addition to DirecTV featuring every movie channel (HBO, Showtime, Cinemax, STARZ, etc.), the home also has some wonderful audio-visual amenities like built-in Sonos speakers to project your favorite music throughout the house ... And the latest Xbox One and WiiU gaming consoles, as well as AppleTV, accompany the 80" Hi-Def TV in the main family room. There are new 50"-60" HI-Def TV's in all the bedrooms -- with the exception of the Master Bedroom which has a 75" Samsung TV with Sonos sound bar and AppleTV capability for the ultimate evening A/V experience. In addition to a Hi-Def 60" TV, the downstairs Guest Room is home to a new 27" Mac Desktop, wireless HP color printer and the fastest internet connection available. The downstairs patio is over 500sf and is furnished with a 6-person dining table with umbrella as well as comfortable chairs and couch with seating for seven Guests around the propane-fueled fire pit. The rooftop patio is just as large, features an outdoor dining table for 6 guests, as well as adjustable chaise lounges for soaking up the sun. And, of course, all the necessary beach accoutrements are waiting in the garage -- Boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, bags, wagons to pull the little ones, etc. PLEASE, ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING, PETS OR PARTIES. Property supplied well esp kitchen but no cabinet space or pantry area. There is ALOT of knick knacks onsite if you have kids and no closet space. A/C has some issues...Overall good property with good amenities.

My fiancé and I stayed here with some of our friends and family for our wedding weekend in Carlsbad. This condo was even more beautiful and amazing in person then the pictures show! It was the perfect size, location, and space to relax, enjoy with friends and family, and walk around the area! Family and kid friendly as well. Highly recommend for your stay!!

We had the absolute best time. This was such a great homebase for our trip. The home was the most well- stocked home of any we’ve rented. So many towels, pillows, blankets, toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels.. It was amazing and what a great location!! We walked to the beach, to get ice cream, to grab breakfast, and to lunch and dinner. Charming town with a great vibe.
The layout of the space could not be beat. Grandparents had a room and bathroom on the main floor and my husband and I and our three kids spread out in the 3 upstairs bedroom. Teens loved getting sun on the upper deck and we all enjoyed s'mores at the firepit on the deck outside the main living area. Truly a great space! Thank you!

We have stayed at this rental in the past and continue to recommend. As usual, the owners are super welcoming, helpful, and responsive. It was a great "hub" for our trip with extended family because the rental is located a short walk to the restaurants/shops in Carlsbad Village and the beach which allowed us to split up as needed. There was plenty of room for everyone and the small children enjoyed the toys. We definitely recommend this rental...especially for those travelling with kids.

My husband and I (Papa and Nana) were joined by our children and grandchildren for a four night stay. We had everything we needed. Each morning before breakfast our son took his six year old to the beach to which they were able to walk since it was only a block and a half away.
We sat on the patio for morning coffee and evening conversations.
We would happily stay here again for an extended visit should we be in Carlsbad again.

If you're coming with a group, STAY HERE! They have everything you need, and things you didn't know you'd need! Chargers, extra diapers, seasonings, etc. etc. etc.! The owners are SO friendly and offered us suggestions on places to eat and visit. We cannot wait to stay here again!

We chose this place for our family reunion and we could not have been happier. My husband and I, along with 4 young adults and our 9 year old granddaughter had a perfect week , meeting up with our daughter and her family that live in Carlsbad. The house is in the perfect location, a short walk to the beach and to everything downtown. It was clean and had everything we needed and more! The kitchen is well equipped, there are extra towels and blankets...everywhere and the garage has every single thing you could ask for for a day at the ocean.
Even with my daughter and her 5 little ones (who were kept very entertained by the many toy options), we never felt like we were on top of each other. There are 2 separate family rooms as well as 2 decks on different levels with seating and fire pits.
All of us loved our week there and are already planning our next visit!

Two car garage was nice, but if you have really big cars or more than two cars, it's $25/day to park in the parking lot. However, on the street parking was not a problem and it seemed safe enough. The house is three stories plus an upstairs patio so if stairs are a problem, this is not the place for you. Lots of kid toys so it would be a great choice for families with small children.

I love this complex. There is not a better location in my opinion. You can walk to the beach in minutes as well Carlsbad Village. There is no need for a car. The home is full of natural light and more spacious than any other place I have stayed in the area. I love absolutely everything about the home and the owners were so helpful, communicative, and just nice. I wanted to be their neighbors. Will stay here everytime I can. Thank you.

Heavenly Condo
This property is amazingly spacious and lovely. Everyone was able to spread out and have their privacy with the configuration of the bedrooms. Many places to gather when you want to, including two large living areas, two huge deck areas and a fun and contemporary dining room. Beds were so comfortable. Property located in the heart of Carlsbad Village. We love to walk to restaurants, the beach and community boutiques. Our little 4 year old granddaughter loved all the toys and playhouses. If you need a TV at your fingertips in each room, you will not find a better rental. All very nice and we really enjoyed our stay. Much appreciated, Corey. You were so helpful and accommodating!

Beautiful family friendly home in a great location!
We loved our stay at this home! From the spacious master, to the multiple living areas, well appointed kitchen, and gorgeous patios, we used and enjoyed every inch. It was an easy walk to the beach each day, even with all the kiddos, and we took full advantage of all of the beach toys provided. We will book again!

Wonderful quality family time
We had an outstanding time staying in this lovely family home. We had 3 adult children plus my spouse and I and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, as well as plenty of gathering spaces to come together. Check in was seamless and the details for check in were texted to my phone. The outdoor spaces make this the perfect retreat for both older families and families with young children. Every detail in the house was thought of and full supplies of almost everything you might need for a relaxing time. If you’re into cooking, the kitchen is perfect for cooking family meals, otherwise so many fun restaurants are within walking distance. And of course, the beach! Looking forward to staying again in the future!
