We require guests to complete our own “Vacation Rental Agreement,” after they've made their booking. We do this to ensure quality and consistency for our guests and our homeowners. Guest Ranger Guests are required to complete Guest Ranger, an identify verification service. The link is imbedded in our contract which you will receive after you have completed your booking. Children must be supervised if using the loft with spiral staircase. This is a no smoking property (no smoking or vaping is allowed inside or outdoors). Quiet hours are 10pm to 10am. Fines for noise violations, indoor or outdoor smoking (vape, cigarette or other) and over-occupancy will apply.
