Enjoy ample seating for lounging, a dining table for 6, and outdoor barbecuing with seating for 6. Step into the backyard oasis, featuring an outdoor shower and a 6-person jacuzzi. The bright, fully equipped modern kitchen offers a 65" TV, two gas fireplaces, and a 1/2 bath in the adjoining family room. The Bedrooms: The second level houses all four bedrooms with plush carpeting: Master Bedroom & Bath: A private balcony, king bed, ensuite bath, large soaking tub, standing shower, 46" Smart Samsung TV, and ceiling fan. 2nd Bedroom: King bed, ceiling fan, and new 40" Smart Samsung TV. 3rd Bedroom: Queen bed, ceiling fan, and new 40" Smart Samsung TV. 4th Bedroom: Kid's room with two full bunk beds, a computer desk, and a new 40" Smart Samsung TV. Guest Bathrooms: All bedrooms share a full bath with tub/shower on the 2nd floor, and there's an additional bathroom on the main floor. The oversized garage transforms into a playful haven with basketball, a Street Fighter II game table, foosball, and a big-screen TV—perfect for family time. Child-friendly amenities include boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, and more for a fun day at the beach. Enjoy the comforts of home with super-fast WIFI, premier linens, air conditioning, and Smart TVs in every room. Two driveway parking spaces, street parking, and a newly installed EV charger for Tesla and electric vehicles (J1772 adapter) add convenience. Discover paradise at this vacation retreat—your home away from home! ★ HEALTH AND SAFETY COMMITMENT—COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★ We prioritize the well-being of our guests with rigorous cleanliness measures. Following CDC guidelines, we implement thorough cleaning and disinfection after each check-out. For added assurance, we provide cleaning products and feature a commercial-grade anti-allergen HEPA air purifier, capturing 99.97% of dust, dander, allergens, smoke, and odors. The guest who reserves the home must be at least 25 years of age and will be required to review and sign a renter agreement and submit a photo ID within 72 hours of the booking reservation. The photo ID must match the credit card holder. A security deposit hold of up to $500 is also required in case of any damage. Strict occupancy limit of nine guests total (including minors). Due to city ordinance, no visitors are allowed above the occupancy limit; only approved guests are allowed. This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Parties and get-togethers above the maximum occupancy are strictly prohibited. Guests will be limited to 3 cars max (2 on the driveway and 1 in front of the house). Please do not park in front of our neighbors houses. No pets may be brought into the house without written permission from the owner. The guest will be responsible for all damage caused by their pet. No smoking (including cannabis) or drugs are to be used inside or outside this property. The owner reserves the right to charge an additional cleaning fee up to the amount of the security deposit for smoking or pet violations. Your safety matters. There are two security cameras recording 24/7 located on the exterior of the home: 1) a Nest camera doorbell located in the front door, and 2) a camera capturing the front of the house and driveway. No cameras are pointing towards the inside of the home.

We had a wonderful visit. The property was very quiet and in a safe neighborhood. We walked to the Coaster for a train ride to San Diego. The kids, and adult kids, absolutely loved playing in the garage. We will return to this house sometime in the future.

We vacationed to Carlsbad for my daughters 1st birthday and it’s a trip that I will always remember! House was close enough to the beach and in a quiet neighborhood for some walks. About a week before the host offered us an extra day before or day after for 50% off and or early check in. When we emailed promptly back about early check in we didn’t hear back for a couple days. Then to find out that the host had already rented those days before out. My only issue is that we had this reservation for 5 months prior so early check in would’ve been a nice gesture, even paying a little extra. Of course the guests staying there the day before had a late check out so even when we got to the house at the scheduled time the cleaners were still there. I’ve never had a host retract offers like that. Let alone to people that had a reservation for months. All in all it was fine and the stay was great!

This property is just right. The location, the layout, the amenities, everything was just like it should be. We loved being 5 minutes from the beach and having all the beach equipment provided for us. The outdoor shower was awesome as was the hot tub (although it takes a long time to heat up). The outdoor space (both front and back) was great for outdoor relaxing and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. One thing we really liked was that the house is well insulated and there was no outdoor noise NOR was there noise from the other rooms. The kids could be noisy and we didn't hear them at all. As a result everyone slept peacefully and comfortably (beds and bedding were also first rate). Nick was a responsive host

What an amazing property! My family and I want to to go to the beaches of Southern California and discovered this GEM. Only a few blocks away from the beach, in a very quiet neighborhood, and the house is beautiful. The house has tons of room for everyone and a beautiful floor plan for family dinners and hanging out in the kitchen or just relaxing out back in the hot tub. The home has a great location for things along the Southern Coast. You can take the tram which is literally a block or so away which will take you up and down the coast from Oceanside to San Diego, which is so fun for families and couples. We would definitely stay here again and have nothing but praise for Nick and Casa Surfside.

As advertised! In all the right ways! Plenty of supplies. Seemingly close to everything particularly the beach. Hot tub was cleaned professionally twice during our week long stay. Play room was a HUGE hit with the little guys. Jogging double stroller and many beach items came in handy. No need to buy coffee filters as there are 800+ in the cabinet as everyone buys 200 and leaves 180 behind :). Very clean. Very responsive management.

Our Family stayed at this property for 5 nights. The house is beautiful and very clean. My 18 month old granddaughter loves the play room and my adult kids loved the jacuzzi! Very nice neighborhood and just across the street from the beach.

The beach is a quick 5-minute walk with amazing views. Nick gave us thorough information, great service, and fast responses.

Casa Surfside is everything that our family could wish for in a vacation house. On this, our second visit, we once again enjoyed the comfort and spaciousness of this beautiful home and the wonderful location near the ocean. Our little ones loved the playroom and hot tub. Nick is always easy to reach and so accommodating. Even before we left, my daughters were asking about when we could return!

We really enjoyed our 4 night stay in this lovely home. The photos accurately described the house. The playroom in the garage was a hit with our 2.5 year old grandson. The kitchen was fully outfitted with everything we needed to cook large family meals. We found the beds to be comfortable and the jacuzzi worked great. We loved sitting around the fire pit in the evenings. Great location close to the beach. Communication with the owner was excellent. Highly recommend.

Casa Surfside is very commodious for a large family group, with plenty of beds, lots of places to sit and chat, to eat, to play games, and for the kids to play (the garage/play room is fantastic). The house is well stocked with beach gear also, and the hot tub and outdoor grill were much appreciated. Beds were comfortable. The beach access is an easy walk, and a beach wagon is provided for carrying beach gear. Costco is close by to the north and Ralph's grocery is close by to the south. Really a great house and great location.

Comfortable and Convenient!
This house was perfect for our annual guys trip. Though spacious enough to spread out, it's a cozy house with lots of opportunities for home-cooked meals and hanging out together. The well-appointed kitchen met any need, and the living spaces provided a relaxing environment. With a very quick drive to the grocery store and a short, beautiful trip to Carlsbad Village, the location can't be beat! Nick was amazing with his communication and hospitality, and we all appreciated his attentiveness.

Incredible home away from home!
We rented Casa Surfside to celebrate my daughter's 4th birthday at the beach and Legoland! We could not have asked for a more perfect place to stay. They did a great job of making it extremely family friendly especially with the garage converted to kids' playroom. The location can't be beat as its only steps to the beach and 8 mins from Legoland. Ample parking was available. The home was impeccably clean and spotless. The husband has borderline OCD and the cleanliness exceeded his expectations. We would definitely love to stay here again for our next Carlsbad trip!

We stayed at the beautiful Casa Surfside in Carlsbad for the holidays and loved it. The house is beautiful and spacious, the bedrooms are nice and the beds are very comfy. The house has all you need for a great holiday including many appliances & tools to cook yourself a nice meal, Hot tub, game room and a comfortable living room & outdoor space. The house is walking distance from the beach for nice walks and the neighbourhood is safe and well maintained. We really enjoyed our stay and the host was very responsive and friendly. We will surely go back if we are in the area and they have availability. 5/5 would recommend!

Casa Surfside Fall 2021
House was fully stocked and accommodating. Dishwasher was not working but property manager had given advance notice and was work was in progress to repair. Location to beach was excellent - we had read reviews that parking was difficult - but we took 2 vehicles to beach each time we visited and had not parking issues - overall we had a great time! Thank you - Thank you for such an enjoyable stay :-)
