The staff are super lovely and attentive, always asking whether I had everything I needed when I came for breakfast. As many others have stated, the breakfast is a great feature and was one of the reasons why I chose to stay here. It's a simple but solid spread of everything you would hope for. Although the location is a little far away from the nearest tram, I enjoyed the 10 - 15 minute or so walk every morning and evening.

There were a few general issues that hamper your stay, some easier to fix than others. One of the easier fixes would be the WIFI. Once you connect, if you are even able to (many times I was unable to) it is both slow and you will be disconnected after around 30 - 40 minutes. This means that most guests will end up using their own phones as WIFI hotspots. This feels like a way for the establishment to reduce costs, although it feels quite unacceptable to advertise itself as having WIFI when it barely does. I would definitely not recommend staying here if you intend to do any work during your visit, unless you intend to use your own WIFI throughout. The other issue I had was the loud road/no air conditioning in the room. There is no air conditioning in the rooms, which would be fine if you could keep the window open at night. Sadly I was staying on the road side, which has pretty constant, quite loud, traffic throughout the day/night. If you are a light sleeper, who doesn't want to hear traffic throughout the night, and struggles to sleep in a warm room (I was there in mid-September, when the weather was cooling down, so do wonder how hot it would be in July/August) then this will cause some issues. When I did leave the window open, the smell from people smoking outside downstairs would regularly fill my room, which was quite unpleasant. Of course the building can't be moved away from the road, and I'm sure air conditioning is costly, so I doubt these issues will be fixed anytime soon, so wouldn't necessarily recommend staying here in summer, unless you happen to be given a room on the other side of the building. The WIFI issue should be a far easier fix, and would then happily recommend staying here outside of the summer months.
