Our request for a park-side room was honoured and it was very quiet and had a nice view. Having a tea kettle and free umbrellas was really good.
Booking confirmation page had a "pay now" option, but my payment was immediately refunded by Booking.com. This cost me a good chunk of money due to the exchange rate difference between debit and credit. The bathroom had no fan, which is really odd for a hotel. I asked whether I could use one of the empty conference rooms to attend a video call at night (Pacific time), since I didn't want to disturb my spouse. The answer was no, unless I paid rent for it. Hotel should have a dedicated PC work area like other higher-end hotels.

Good hotel on a way from Poland to Italy to have a quick brake. Nice breakfast with lot of choices. Clean, spacious room. Quiet soundings.

The room was clean and quiet but without any decoration - (not even a picture on the huge walls) and not enough furniture to be comfortable.
We were "upgraded" to a bigger room but it was empty - only 1 chair for 2 people, awful pillows and the aircon would not work properly. We were offered a deal through booking.com before we arrived which I accepted but when we got there the staff knew nothing about it and we had to argue the point as we had been charged the extra.
