Hotel ist mit dem Auto sehr gut erreichbar, Ausstattung entsprach den Erwartungen. Homeoffice vom Hotelzimmer aus gut möglich, Tiefgaragenplatz war lt. Beschreibung verfügbar, Personal war freundlich und flexibel.

Der Föhn im Bad ist für lange Haare etwas schwach, beim Duschen muss man achtgeben nicht das halbe Bad unter Wasser zu setzten augrund der offenen Duschekabine.

Alles in allem aber ein netter Aufenthalt um den Adventmarkt in Linz zu besuchen

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis Gute Lage (Innenstadt in 20min fußläufig erreichbar, auch mit Bus vor dem Hotel erreichbar) Gutes Frühstück

Zimmerkarte funktionierte nach dem Frühstück nicht mehr (2x an der Rezeption neu einstellen müssen) Als wir fragten, wo das Frühstück wäre lautete die Antwort „da wo das essen ist“ und ein Fkngerzeig hinter die Schulter (hat ein bisschen was von Desinteresse gehabt)

Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Der Frühstücksraum ist sehr modern und gemütlich! Beim Frühstücksbuffet gab es eine große Auswahl! Die Lage so nah an der Bushaltestelle und auch am Stadtzentrum ist ideal für Weihnachtsmärkte und Stadtbummel!

Das Personal war am Sonntag überfordert, als viele Gäste gleichzeitig gefrühstückt haben. (leider wenig regionale Lebensmittel) Leider keine Getränkekarte an der Bar!

I do not recommend it. STAY AWAY!

One of the worst hotels I've seen. Nothing as advertised. They do not have PARKING at all. Very unfriendly receptionist... somehow, weirdo. The interior looks dirty. I prefer to sleep in my car, left with no regrets. I want my money back.

The room was clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable. The air-condition was very good

We chose this place especially because of the air condition. This kind of place is not our style we prefer small places. Also its nearly out of the city, a bit far from the center

Good location, modern accommodation.

Location was good, close to the nearby bus station, which takes you directly to city centre or to the Arena. Parking was available when we arrived, no reservation needed. We arrived early and were able to check in right away. Staff was OK.

We booked 2 rooms with same characteristics but received one bigger and one smaller room (cca. 5m2 difference). The staff at the check-in counter was visibly sick, coughing which was not a good first impression.

Avoid - misleading photos

Be wary that the photos hotel put up are misleading . There are rooms with wooden floor and some with carpet. The chance of getting one or another is 50/50 (as the staff explained) and you are expected to specify upon booking that you want to have the one with carpet, which is impossible as you only find out not all rooms have carpet when you are given a different one upon arrival (for the same price). We had to insist to be given the room we actually booked based on the photos. The room with wooden floor are cold and ugly, the hotel doesn’t have a nice atmosphere. The breakfast is poor as well. We have stayed in better hotels in Linz for the same price…

Family stay

Staff were very professional, friendly and courteous. All of the staff we come across spoke excellent English, which was great. We loved the layout of the hotel, for example an easy access to the underground parking from were we had our room.

We would welcome a bit more of a complementary coffee pods for the coffee machine we had in our room.

Exceptional

The hotel is wonderful! The staff are kind and helpful. Everything is very clean, the beds are extremely comfortable and the bathroom is excellent. The room is big enough, and there is a small fridge, and a safe in the wardrobe. The internet worked perfectly. Breakfast (€16) was excellent, with very diverse food and beverage. If you stay there during the weekend, the parking in the streets nearby is free (from Saturday 12p.m. to Monday morning)

Exceptional

Great location, easily accessible from highway but also in walking distance to city centre. Lady at the check-in went out of her way to help us out as we arrived late in the evening with 2 small kids. Parking was great as well. Highly recommend the hotel.

Good hotel, but the cleaning was poor.

New design, modern interior, comfortable bed. Parking was very comfortable in the underground garage. Nespresso machine was my favorite.

Room was spotless clean Breakfast good for the price They have bike stalls

Staff is not the friendlier we have encountered so far Smile is never too be seen on their face, a formal greeting was enough Before the check out we moved bikes outsides just to clear the reception for other customers and they yelled at us thinking we were running away not paying breakfast...😅
