About this apartment rental
This is a lovely,spacious (1366 sq. ft.), designer updated unit with a private balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, where you can watch the sun set on the world's most Beautiful beaches! Floor to ceiling windows in the dining and living rooms provide unlimited views of the Gulf. There are two living areas (one for tv and the other for reading and just looking at the gulf). Granite counters and new stainless appliances are a highlight in the kitchen, which comes fully equipped. The master bedroom has a walk in closet and private bath with a tiled walk-in shower and the 2nd bath is accessed from the guest bedroom as well as the main hallway. A bunk room was recently added. Both bedrooms have flat screen TV's. A full sized washer and dryer is provided for your convenience. All common areas are tile with area rugs. The bedrooms have new carpet. Beach chairs and umbrellas provided along with beach toys for the kids. The unit is equipped with free wifi and a smart TV.

Lagoon pool (9 pools on property), heated pool in front of the unit, spa, fitness center with wellness activities, 12 plexicusion tennis courts, 9 hole executive golf course with pro shop, free golf cart transportation within the resort, a game room, and of course the the beach!
