The Cottage highlights Del Mar’s blissful and world famous views and attractions. This exclusive vacation rental features a gorgeous gourmet kitchen, spacious living room/dining room, three luxurious bathrooms, two divine bedrooms, and a well-appointed downstairs bonus room for additional guests. Penny Lane Beach Cottage was just perfect. Right next to the ocean with spectacular views and within walking distance to exquisite restaurants and shopping. Del Mar is absolutely charming and Penny Lane is smack dab in the middle of the charm!

Updated property with modern amenities and plenty of room. Location is excellent! Wifi was a bit of a challenge for some reason, but nothing to cry about. If you're dependent on wifi when you're in such a beautiful place, then you're doing it wrong. :)

I finally took a long awaited trip with four of my good girlfriends. This house was so perfectly appointed and spacious. Wonderful location with a short walk to the beach… and Jakes, Poseidon, and L’Auberge. We were able to walk to all of our activities! I can’t wait to return to this comfortable, inviting home; and enjoy Del Mar and all it has to offer! Plus, having a property manager that was so welcoming and accommodating was a huge relief. She helped us right away if there was anything we needed!

Perfect location for a casual stay near the beach. Delmar is quiet and perfect place to catch up with family or friends. Extremely clean and well kept with nice touches everywhere. Wish we could have stayed longer, and for sure will stay there again.

The cottage was an easy walk to the beach, Starbuck's and shops. We enjoyed watching the visiting hummingbirds outside the windows. As a group of four adults we never felt on top of each other and our two college students loved the TV room downstairs. The kitchen had everything we needed. We will be back!

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights. This is such a great home. Plenty of space, spotlessly clean, and more than enough room for the two of us. The location was close to the town and beach. There was a nice outdoor patio, a very bright upstairs living room with fireplace, and a comfortable living room with TV downstairs. We highly recommend this home and hope to stay here again.
