The apartment owners are the most wonderful people you could ever meet. We were coming from Ladispoli and Paolo picked us up all the way from there and then took us around to different places in Rome, including a really nice bakery/cafe I had wanted to visit and offered us food and drinks. Then Paolo and Emanuela took us to see more sites and helped us so very much. They are both such wonderful people, so kind and attentive. The apartment is really close to the metro and has everything you need. There is everything in the apartment, including a machine to make centrifughe, multiple coffee makers and kettles, blender, toaster, and much more. There is a fully-loaded LCD in the living room, a beautiful, immense terrace and small balconies off both bedrooms. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this apartment.

Ich war insgesamt 9 Tage in der Wohnung von Paolo und habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Wohnung ist recht groß und hat Balkon und Terasse. Die Küche war mein persönliches Highlight, denn diese ist wirklich unglaublich gut ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts! Die Wohnung ist auch sonst sehr gut ausgestattet und eingerichtet. Direkt hinter dem Haus ist ein Supermarkt, bei welchem man alles Notwendige kaufen kann und die Metro ist nur einen kurzen (ca. 5 Minuten) Lauf entfernt. Die Wohnung ist zwar nicht direkt im Zentrum von Rom, durch die Metro und die diversen Bus-Verbindungen aber super schnell zu erreichen. Besonders die Metro fährt in kürzester Zeit alle wichtigsten Orte Roms ab und ist dazu auch noch sehr zuverlässig und kommt in kurzen Intervallen. Paolo war außerdem so nett und hat mich am Flughafen abgeholt und auch dort wieder hingefahren, was die An- und Abreise weiter vereinfacht hat. Er war außerdem rund um die Uhr erreichbar und sehr zuvorkommend. Einziger negativ Punkt in meinen Augen ist besagter Supermarkt. Dieser besticht natürlich durch seine unglaubliche Nähe zu der Wohnung und macht den Alltag leichter, sorgt aber auch für ein bisschen Lautstärke, besonders wenn die Lieferanten kommen (während ich da war an dem Freitag). Jemand der tief schläft hat damit vermutlich keine Probleme, mir persönlich haben Ohrenstopfen geholfen ;) Da der Supermarkt eh erst um 7 Uhr aufmacht und Lieferungen anscheinend auch nicht davor ankommen, ist das für Frühaufsteher vermutlich auch gar kein Problem. Ansonsten ist vielleicht noch zu sagen, dass die Wohnung zwar im Erdgeschoss liegt, aber trotzdem recht hell ist und außerdem mehrfach gegen unerwünschte Gäste geschützt ist, sodass man sich wirklich überhaupt keine Gedanken muss! Im Fazit also: Sehr zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub :)

Nous confirmons ce qui a été dit par les autres locataires, à savoir un accueil très chaleureux de Paolo à l'aéroport, plein de petites attentions dans l'appartement. Celui-ci est spacieux, très propre et bien équipé. Nous avons pu bénéficier d'un lit à barreaux, d'une chaise haute et d'un matelas à langer pour notre bébé. Le supermarché est juste derrière l'immeuble, la boulangerie à côté également et le métro à 200m environ donc très pratique. Le quartier peut ne pas sembler rassurant au départ car beaucoup de tags partout mais au final le quartier est réellement calme et aucun souci quand on s'y balade, notamment avec les enfants. Au global un séjour très réussi, nous recommandons vivement cette location. Merci encore Paolo et Anna pour votre accueil et vos recommandations. CIAO!

English to follow Nous avons passé un séjour fantastique à Rome en partie à cause de la qualité de la réception de Paolo et Anna en octobre 2013. L'appartement était propre, grand et comfortable exactement tel que décrit dans l'annonce. Le service et la sollicitude de Paolo ont grandement dépassé nos attentes. Tout a été facile. La paperasse, La prise de possession, tout! La situation de l'appartement était parfaite, le transport en commun facile d'accès, des restaurants accessibles ( essayez le Il Peperoncino). Je vous recommande 2 trucs si vous choisissez cet endroit: Eataly, une épicerie fantastique avec des produits du terroir italien, du vin, du prêt à manger et toutes sortes de bonnes choses et la Basillique St-Paul: la 2 ème plus grande Basillique au monde après...St-Pierre! À seulement 10-15 minutes de marche de l'appartement. On vous recommande fortement cet appartement abordable et agréable et de passer d'aussi belles vacances que nous avons eues, vous ne serez pas déçus! Sylvain et Sylvie We had a terrific vacation in Rome last October in big part because of the way we were treated by Paolo and Anna. The appartment was clean, big and confortable just as the ad said. The service and attention Paolo provided went way beyond our expectations. Everything was made easy, the paperwork, check-in, getting to know our way around the area, everything. The location of the apartment was perfect: public transports, good restaurants close by ( I recommend Il Peperoncino). 2 things you should try to see while in the area: Eataly, a great food court with local delicacies and ready to eat meals, wine and restaurants. The other is St.Paul Basilica, the second biggest in the world after...St.Peter's! A 10-15 minutes walk from the appartment. Our Rome began when we met Paolo :) Paolo, thanks for your sense of humor, your smile and your "shuttle" :) You and your flat are the part of of our big trip to Rome - it was very comfortable to stay in your flat and talk to you. The flat is perfect - all you need is inside, it is like at home - clear, spaciously, good furniture, big kitchen with all you need, fast internet. And you have a lot of bonuses outside: - 1 min - patisserie (all is just made -we had every morning freshly baked pastries - 2 min - market (mercator) - with fresh italian food, fruit, vegetables, bread, spagetti, fish and mozzarella - 5 min- supermarket - 3 min - best Pizza (Paolo will show you - it is near the metro) - 7-8 min to Basilica san Paolo - beautiful historical place - 5 min to metrostation (cost 1,5 euro) you can go in the center (10 min) or to the seaside - station "Colombo" - it takes about 20 minutes I recommend the flat - you like Anna and Paolo and sure you like the flat :) Tanya, Danila, Dinara, Alexandr

Arredata con gusto e completa di ogni attrezzatura. la vicinanza al metro rende molto comodo e veloce raggiungere il centro storico di Roma. la zona è molto tranquilla e dispone di negozi, ristoranti e ogni servizio. Il proprietario è gentilissimo, molto disponibile e attento alle nostre esigenze . Ha curato fin nei minimi particolari il nostro soggiorno a Roma, fornendoci anche moltissime informazioni. "Very pleasant stay at Roma, Paolo was so kind and welcoming to us. Also the apartment has provided everything we need, information about where to eat, where to shop for groceries, and he even left us with a netbook. The apartment looks exactly like what we saw in the pictures, it was nice and neat and it''s quite close to the metro stop, it takes only 5 minutes walking and the neighberhood is quite peace, we didn''t feel too much unsecure while walking on the streets during night. The only problem is that we''ve encountered electricity shortage but I guess it''s just what happens when the building is aged. Anyway Paolo tried to solve our problem within very short period of time, and we''re satisfied with everything. Chiu (Taiwan)"

"Stay at the Paolo and Anna apartment was most enjoyable. Paolo has kindly agreed to pick us up at the airport, which was very much appreciated. He even did a tour of the city complete with a cappuccino. The welcome was very warm by Paolo and touches us waiting at the apartment (small guide, news, etc.). The apartment is very clean, large and has all amenities. The internet is very effective, which was very important to us. "We were very happy with the appartment and Paolo and Maria. Paolo waited for us at the airport and escorted us to the taxi he reserved for us. The transfer from the airport to the appartment costs € 40. Traintickets are € 8, so with 4 persons you better take a taxi. The appartment fitted the description and is was very comfortable to stay there. With the metro you it is only 4 stops to the Colosseum, to the Vatican it takes a little more time. Very nice extra. We were allowed to call to the netherlands for free during 10 minutes every day. We do recommend this location in Rome"

"The apartment was great, everything in excellent condition, and the owners most friendly and welcoming! Even though we were quite many (5 adults, 2 small kids) we were very satisfied with the accomodation and the owners helped us on everything! We stayed for 3 nights. There are two luxurious bedrooms, in one of which we could also have an extra bed, plus in the living room there's a very good sofa which you can turn into a double bed. The kitchen's quite small, so I think for a longer stay the apartment's best suitable for 4 adults or a family with 2 children. We would still definitely use it again even with all 7 of us."
