Sky High Acres atop South Cooper Mt. in Beaverton welcomes you to relax in this private 2 acre Estate Setting that is framed by majestic Douglas Fir trees and big sky. See wildlife (Deer, squirrels, hawks, eagles, hummingbirds, etc.) from the windows overlooking the expansive landscaping from all the rooms. Both king bedrooms with down comforters provide generous space in approximately 1200 square feet to relax after day trips to our areas various sights. Enjoy the stone fireplace while watching the 42" TV from the living room, dining area or while playing pool in the Gaming area. Meals are easily prepared in the kitchenette or go to one of the many exceptional restaurants minutes away. The expansive landscaping includes a large lawn area and a gas fire pit under your private covered deck to enjoy the fresh air. Day trips are perfect from this retreat that is nestled near the Willamette Valley's renowned Wine Country. This Retreat is also 15 Miles SW of the bustling river city of Portland, 30 miles from the scenic Columbia River Gorge, 50 miles from the year round ski resort of Mt. Hood and 60 miles from the beautiful Oregon Coast!

This was our second stay at this lovely property. So comfortable and perfect for us, as I think it would be for anyone. Love spending time on the patio looking at the grounds. Perfect if you have a pet, just letting them out the door to the grounds. Feels like being in the woods, yet minutes away from all services. Theresea is always available and helpful for any needs one may have. You'll never want to stay in a hotel again.

This was a very clean, comfortable apartment. A very quiet and beautiful location. It had absolutely everything we needed. We loved it. It was just what we needed after chasing our granddaughter all day. The owner was very attentive. We will be back.

This rental is located in a picturesque natural setting, yet it is so close to everything you could possibly want. The comfortable interior is quiet and clean, as well as being a book lovers paradise. We will definitely return again next summer!

Beautiful property. Clean, relaxing, with a nice, covered patio. Host was very responsive to our questions. We got to feed the chickens and were provided fresh eggs for our stay. Look forward to staying here again.

I rented this property for family coming into town and it was so lovely. They reported that there were deer hanging out in the yard as they were having their morning coffee and the garden was heavenly. I would definitely recommend it for a quiet, peaceful stay.

Yard and surroundings are really beautiful, with woods all around. Kitchenette is sufficient but we didn’t do any cooking. Would be difficult if wanted to do cooking, just have a hot plate and microwave. Good size place for 2-4 people, two nice size rooms. One bathroom may be challenging for more than 2 people. Good location for getting around Beaverton area which was our focus.

Beautiful hideaway! The hosts are very attentive. Checking to make sure we had everything we needed. We were there for my niece who was recovering from surgery and stayed for 3 weeks. The location is so peaceful and out of the rush of life in Portland area. Quiet, wooded, deer visited and easy with our Boston Terrier.
Very comfortable beds, cooked on a hot plate again, microwave, great toaster oven. We brought our own crockpot.
I would definitely go back. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Everything was as listed. Nice neighborhood, very secure, close to shopping and very good restaurants. If we plan a trip to the Portland area again ... this will be our first option.
We recommend this homelike property to anyone wanting something much better than hotels. Also, thank you for sharing your gardens fall harvest.

My family and I had a vacation of a lifetime here. Whether you are looking to hangout downtown Portland or escape to the coast the location is perfect. The condo is super comfy with lots of room. We will definitely be back!!

This property was amazing. Beautiful inside and outside. We had our own private space outside which was perfect for our small dog. The house was immaculate and the beautiful gardens were a special and unexpected treat. The owner was very gracious and accommodating. I would recommend this house to anyone.

Family visit and bridal shower
My dog loved it there My older daughter and baby grandson flew in from FL. My husband and I came from Arizona. We all left the NW about a year ago. Regrouped for my younger daughters bridal shower.

Beautiful property
The property was beautiful. The apartment was spacious and clean. I did not realize it did not have a full kitchen so preparing meals was not easy. There was quite a bit of noises from upstairs which made my anxious pup even more anxious.
The street/lane up to the property was quite bumpy and I did not read that part on the description of the property when I made the reservation. If you have a small car, just be careful for all the bumps and potholes going up the hill.

Fabulous Property
This apartment isn't just an apartment, it is a very exclusive area, which was like country, very quiet and cozy. The apartment was very clean and lots and lots of room. Theresa was very accommodating and helpful. It is furnished very nice, beds are comfortable and bedrooms spacious. We highly recommend staying here and look forward to our next trip to Oregon so we can once again stay at this location. Thanks Theresa.
