Nestled in Tybee Island, this attractive house for $308 per night is a great option for your next trip. Watch the sunrise from one of your two porches while ships and shrimp boats pass by. Enjoy an afternoon of fun and relaxation at the beach or see the sights in town. End the day with a freshly caught shrimp or seafood dinner in your home or at a local restaurant! You’ll be sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this beautifully decorated 3 bedroom / 3 bath townhome with free high-speed Wi-Fi at Tybee’s North Beach. The townhome is next to the beach sand dunes – there is a beach walkway through the dunes at the property providing direct access to the beach. You’ll also have a beach wagon to haul the provided beach chairs to the beach. Each of the 3 bedrooms has a luxurious queen bed to provide optimal sleep time each night. Each bedroom also has cable TV and an attached full bath. The master (on the top floor) also has a sofa bed, a walk-in closet, a dressing room with double sinks and a walk-in shower & toilet. The 2 front bedrooms (one on the top floor, one on the main floor) look out over the ocean, the old fort and the historic Tybee lighthouse. The living area is an open floor plan with comfortable seating for all and is furnished with a flat-screen TV. A pass through to the kitchen provides easy access to snacks. The kitchen is equipped with plenty of dishes, cookware, toaster, crock pot, coffee pot, microwave, dishwasher, stove/oven, blender and much more. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area, with a dining room table large enough to accommodate all. There is also a game table for various board games as well as for extra seating. The townhome has a large front porch and large top floor deck - great for viewing the ocean, ships, stars, sunrise, and the Tybeelighthouse. 3 parking spaces are available. As well as being right at the beach, the townhome is just steps away from the North Beach Grill Bar and Restaurant, the Historic Tybee Lighthouse and Fort Screven Museum. You won’t need a car on the island; you can walk, rent bikes or golf carts nearby.

We had 4 wonderful days by the ocean and that was a great peaceful time just away from the hustle and bustle of our life’s we have had some very low days this year and needed to get away and regroup our family . We will do this again and thank you To Dan for making it so easy to be here

Great location . All essentials provided. Plenty of towels, hand soap, dish detergent, clothes detergent, trash bags etc. The beach wagon and chairs were handy. The best bedding ever at a rental! Very , Very clean! Would definitely stay again.

The property was very clean and well equipped. Dan was very kind as was the lady cleaning the unit (unfortunately I don't recall her name). Dan was also very quick to get back to me with any questions I had.

Great location--easy walk to beach, the lighthouse, a bar and grill, a park, and the Monday farmer's market. Seeing the lighthouse from the front deck was lovely. While the place could probably use a few updates, there is plenty of space and a casual, comfortable vibe. Dan is so friendly and helpful, and everything was clean and ready.

This is the second year our family has stayed in one of Dan’s townhouses, and we enjoyed our stay in each (pink townhouse and this unit). The townhouse is right at the Gulick beach access right across from the lighthouse, the Salty Pelican Bar & Grill, North Beach Bar & Grill, and the Tybee Island Marine Science Center. We have young kids and love that it’s also just a short walk to Jaycee Park. The townhouse comfortably fit 4 adults and 4 young kids. This unit is our new go-to for our annual Tybee trip. Thanks for everything, Dan!

Location, location, location - great location for those who enjoy North Beach. Older, 1980s townhome. Great outdoor decks! Lots of beach chairs, wagon, etc - unexpected perk. Bedrooms are spacious. Mattresses need replacing in some rooms - owner is aware and is working on it, Dan is a great host! Recommend property.

Very satisfied with rental. Had a cozy home feeling. Property was stocked with all the essentials for the kitchen, laundry, beach, and bathrooms. Property owner Dan very fast on communication and went above and beyond to help me out with a issue we had that was not about the rental. Highly recommend staying here, stone throw from beach with stunning balcony views. Lots to do within walking distance. Hope to stay here again in near future.

All of your cares can wash away, with the 2 minute walk down to the beach, The perfect roof deck for sunrise and also sunset, Enough space for 3 couples and also a single family member. This place was exactly what we needed and wanted..Thanks Dan for sharing your listing with us all..

The property is an older townhouse but was very clean and had all the amenities that we needed. The host was very responsive, the location was wonderful-only steps from the beach, the kitchen was well stocked for cooking, beds were okay. It was great for the 4 of us with each bedroom having its own bathroom. Would stay here again if we return to Tybee.

This was a nice place to stay on Tybee. Within walking distance to beach and lighthouse. Space could use some updating and more kitchen utensils (e.g., measuring cup and tea kettle) but overall a very good experience.

House is very close to the beach. Overall, ok place to stay. Older unit with sloping floors , so Very creaky floors, not a lot of light in upstairs bathrooms, could use some updating. When we first arrived, house was pungent with air freshener, so had to leave windows open to air out a bit. Needed more kitchen trash bags and batteries for remotes, host was quick to bring them over.

Property is located a very short walk to the public beach and lighthouse, with a bar and walk-up burger bar (closes at 8pm, so late noise is not an issue). While the property is showing its age, it was still cozy, with large bedrooms, and comfortable beds. For those with EVs, a charge station is directly across the street. Owner was very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. He met us at the property with lots of information.

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo minutes from the beach.There we’re four of us and we had plenty of room to spread out.The second floor balcony overlooked the water and it was fun to watch the ships coming and going.Dan is a great host and helped us with the best restaurants and places to go.Don’t miss Sundaes Restaurant!

This comfortable home let us enjoy Tybee Island beach and the park-like setting of the Tybee Lighthouse grounds, Ft. Screven museum, Marine Science Center, and the North Beach Grill with easy, quick, walkable access. We enjoyed the front porch for morning coffee and the upstairs deck for evening sky watching while sipping beverages. The 3 bedrooms & 3 baths, kitchen, living & dining rooms, accommodated our group of 5 nicely. Dan, the owner, was accessable, friendly, and helpful. He offered tips for exploring the area. This property is situated perfectly for enjoying all that Tybee Island offers while close enough to enjoy the charms of Savannah, too.
