About this house rental
Nestled in Tybee Island, this lovely house for $350 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Beautiful 3 bedroom 3 bath oceanfront townhome on Tybee's North Beach, just steps to the beach walkover. The first floor has a great room with back deck, fully furnished kitchen that opens to dining and great room. The unit has cable and high-speed Wi-Fi. The one bedroom on the first floor faces the front porch and has a king bed and attached full bath. The second floor has 2 bedrooms more bedrooms; a front bedroom with 2 twin beds and a full bath and a master bedroom with 2 queen beds. The master also has a walk-in closet, a dressing area with 2 sinks, a separate room with a walk-in shower and a toilet. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer. The front porch that overlooks ocean, north beach, and the Historic Tybee lighthouse & Fort Screven. Big ships pass right by the townhome! You can be in the ocean water in minutes. Great beach with 2 lifeguard stations. There is an outside shower for after a day at the beach. The famous North Beach Grill serves great lunch and dinners is located just steps from the unit and beach. They have live music Thursday-Sunday. There is also a concession stand. Nearby you can visit the Tybee Lighthouse and Museum, you can rent bikes, golf carts, paddle boards. You can take dolphin tours, tour Fort Pulaski National Monument. It's only a 25 minute ride into Historic Savannah. So much to do! This is a great home to come to the beach and relax!

Nice house very clean. The location was out of sorts when it comes to ocean front because it’s not. Graciuos walk to the beach for people who are not able to walk long distance and you can not see the ocean from the house. Very quiet and spacious would highly recommend this rental. Love the fact that there are no TV’s in any of the rooms was perfect for quality time.
Tybee Island is Awesome Grateful for the opportunity to visit.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful little home by the beach! It is ideal. It is so clean and decorated so beautifully and we were so comfortable during our stay! Only steps away from the boardwalk. Definitely a gem! We will certainly be back again!

What a wonderful experience and rental! We returned to Tybee and to this fantastic rental for the second time. We enjoyed this rental so much in 2021 that we decided to book for an entire week this summer. Everything is spot on and clean. Plenty of room for the teens, parents, and grandparents to relax. The quick walk to the beach is perfect! We wandered out almost every morning to enjoy our coffee on the beach as the sun was rising. Our days were spent exploring Tybee, hanging at the beach, a day in Savannah, and playing games as a family at the house. Evenings were perfect for grilling and enjoying time together as a family. Dan made sure everything was absolutely perfect for our trip. The house is well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I am already looking at dates for our next trip.

My family and I really enjoyed staying here. We were pleasantly surprised at the updates. The house is better than the photos :). The downstairs bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has a double or queen, and the third bedroom has two twin beds and a queen. The place was a short walk to the beach. There are a couple of restaurants in the nearby parking lot.
The lighthouse, Marine Science Center, and surfing lessons are right there for your enjoyment. Dan was a very friendly host and by happenstance on my walk gave me a small tour of the neighborhood. He even brought us some beach towels that were missing :) The house was very clean. Beds were comfortable and everyone slept great. A hamper for towels and a larger trash can in the kitchen would be the only minor improvement I would make.

The layout was great for our family. It was super clean and more updated then the pictures showed. The location was absolutely perfect especially for our 3 like kids. We could walk to the beach or across the parking lot for ice cream! Definitely recommend

Great house and location. Very easy walk to the beach for children and adults. We enjoyed the lighthouse, Marine Center and nearby park. Dan was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions that we had.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at Tybee Island. Sea House on the Beach really is a great place to relax and enjoy the ocean. It was very easy access to the beach. This is a beautiful condo: very nicely decorated, very clean, and a wonderful newly furnished kitchen. A little bit further from main shopping than we would have liked but that was mostly because it rained a lot while we were there which cut down on the time we could relax on the beach. I would definitely rent this place again. There are a lot of steps both getting into the unit and getting to the upstairs bedrooms. Not an issue for us but anyone with mobility challenges should take that into consideration. Otherwise, highly recommend!

A handful of us stayed here; 3 singles and two couples, to celebrate two birthdays and one career change. It was a PERFECT location. Incredibly close to the beach and a restaurant/bar right across the street! The stay was comfortable. Beds could use a little love but everyone had their own bed and we didn't feel overcrowded. Kitchen is fully stocked, bathrooms newly renovated. Will say the water pressure in the bathrooms were lackluster but it got the job done! Dan was great and allowed us a late checkout which was SO nice! Please note that Tybee only allows the same amount of cars to bedrooms, so this wonderful place was a three bedroom so only three cars are permitted. Overall, definitely a location we are saving for future stays. Highly recommend!!

My best friends and I went away for a fun beach weekend to celebrate my upcoming wedding and this house was perfect for it. Right next to the beach and so many fun things to do on the island. Only 28 minutes outside of the city it was definitely a fantastic get away.

This is a cute house in a prime location right off the beach! The house was very thoroughly cleaned. Dan was a wonderful resource and was quick to respond to any questions. We very much enjoyed our vacation!

Best Beach Location!
This was my first time in Tybee and I could not have asked for a better location and property! The beach is within a short walking distance. This allowed us to go back for lunch, drinks, a break-- whatever we needed. We plan to rebook for next year!

Right next to the beach, not crowded at all and the bar across the street had great music every night (couldn’t hear it from inside but outside it was just great background music, not too loud at all). The house itself was clean, accommodating and exactly what we expected from the pics and description. We will definitely be back!

This property is a great choice for a stay at Tybee. You are super close to the beach access. Beaches are great, you are close to the public access but take a right on the beach and you have plenty of room! Dan was a pleasure to work with. Tybee old time
The pink house served us well, especially with the separation of living space. Everything was ready for us, the house cleaner let us enter early. The neighborhood was under construction so access was a challenge and the beach view as advertised was a peek and a large parking lot. The local restaurant was fun.
We didn't realize the "ole time" beach condition. And the town on South was not what we expected.overall we had a good time and loved our savannah visits. Thank you

The minor complaint was that there was construction about a block away which was noisy and we also thought we would have a better view from the house. From the front porch you see a parking lot (lighthouse is off a distance to the left) and from the back porch there is a fence with another home about 10 feet away. Lastly, could use some new beach chairs some of the existing beach chairs are falling apart

We had a perfect time staying in Ocean Dreams. The house felt cozy and relaxing and really enjoyed the beautiful view of the Tybee Island Lighthouse from the front porch. It was also nice to just walk across the street to sit and relax on the peaceful beach and just enjoy 🥰
