Location is good but throws you off. It's close to the Malecon and all the bars and restaurants. Rooms are very nice and comfortable. Was there during the heat wave and AC worked great!!

The rooms looked exactly like those shown in the photos. Very updated looking. Nicely remodeled.
Loud - there was a death metal band playing at the bar next door, and since the vehicles drive through the courtyard of the hotel and it echos, someone was rev-ing their engine early morning. Also, any sound carries throughout. One more thing, this is a windowless building. The windows face INTO the courtyard, not out, so people can see directly into the room unless you pull the shade, but then the lighting is so low that it is very dark inside. Clean-ish. Bed seemed clean, but had to keep the bathroom door shut due to 1. the loud band 2. the smell (some sort of combo sewer funk and cleaning or other chemical smell).
