After staying at multiple hotels in Ensenada, this property stands out as the best by far.
The rooms were spotless with comfortable beds, and the AC was ice cold — huge plus. Staff were genuinely friendly and went out of their way to help. I felt safe the entire time thanks to secured parking, good lighting, and visible security on property.
Location is perfect: I walked to several restaurants and shops downtown without needing my car. Breakfast was excellent and made mornings easy.
If you’re reading reviews trying to decide, save yourself the time: reserve this one. You won’t regret it.

We had a family stay of 11 people. Very friendly, helpful staff. Kids had a good time in the pool area, they allowed food so they snacked after swimming. Great breakfast, made to order tortillas which was awesome. Fresh coffee around the clock in the coffee lounge area. Location was top tier, lots of walkable places to eat or shop. Hotel was enclosed with security 24 hours, only guests were allowed to enter so felt safe. Overall the staff were just great!!! Definitely a stop for us again.
