Squeaky clean apartment for one. Very good position between the railway station and the high street shops. It was central, yet quiet and excellent value for money, especially for this part of the world.

I really enjoyed our stay in Landshut. The room amenities were just what we needed, everything was clean and felt safe. The price was very reasonable, and the location couldn’t have been better.
While the room itself was comfortable and well-equipped, the parking situation was frustrating—many box trucks and vans took up multiple spaces, making it difficult to find a spot. It also would have been helpful to have extra towels, trash bags, toilet paper, and blankets readily available.

Very friendly team member saw us puzzling over how to get in and stopped to help us. He then noticed we had bikes and moved us to a suitable apartment.
The room was airy.
Kitchen was poorly equipped e.g. no chopping board or tray to put food into the oven. Also no means of making coffee and both vending machines out of order. For the price I would expect some basic provisions e.g. tea bags / coffee pods.
No information about the local area.
No way to adjust the heating. (Too warm for sleeping even in October and too much noise to open the window)
Lighting terrible. Would not be suitable for someone trying to work. Also very poor light in the kitchen area.

Double bed with clean and fresh sheets and covers.
Small kitchenette with all needed to cook small meals.
Great reception and quick flawless check-in.
Lift present to access each floor carrying heavy stuff.
The floor carpet was not clean and trash was present under the bed.
The Shower door was leaking even after closing properly.
The Piping access box was inside the bath and the door of the box fell down each time the door of the bath was opened.
