Located in Northstar Drive, this lovely condo for $164 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. This recently renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has a queen bed in one room, and a double bed in the other. The living room features a gas fireplace and comfy leather sofa where you can relax after a great day on the slopes or trails. Guests can also step out onto the private deck to enjoy gorgeous surrounding scenery. The kitchen is fully equipped and wireless internet access is provided. *Please be advised that this home does not have air conditioning. Conveniently located in the Village at Northstar, guests are just steps away from all the exquisite shops, restaurants and activities the Village has to offer, including exclusive ski-in, ski-out privileges during the ski season. The condo is also only a few miles from the beautiful Lake Tahoe where you can find boating, jet skiing, parasailing, kayaking, and shopping. A community laundry room is located on the 3rd floor. This property was exactly what we needed for a week of skiing. Very nice, and exactly as advertised. Nice to have parking for the week as well. We will be back!

Thank you for sharing your space with us. We enjoyed Northstar, we two issues with the property.
The bedroom above the staircase should realistically be for one person, or a couple. The other thing was parking, we had two cars and it should be explicitly stated that if you have two cars each nightly charge as we paid $100 in parking and was also ticketed when parking in the designated area.
3/5 as the property was clean but the couch was disgusting.

Perfect location in Northstar - right across from Provisions and a short walk to the Gondola. We'd stay again!
Note that bedrooms are in the loft space - the "wall" is open on one side with a blackout curtain to block light. Sound, however, will carry.

This is not something luxurious, but it has all the practical things for skiing families like us.
The covered parking is accessed through Timber Creek Lodge entrance and it’s a nice spacious spot.
The walking distance to lifts is short but requiring climbing one easy stairs.
No walls for the rooms and one of the beds is small. So for family of 4, one person may have to sleep on the big couch. Bathrooms are tiny but functional. There is no built in washer and dryer.
Overall it’s a nice stay.

Great Northstar Condo
This condo has a perfect location in the middle of Northstar. Super convenient for skiing, restaurants and shopping. And, the parking is in the garage and reserved. Great location
The Timbercreek property is steps from the village and lift. I wish I had discovered the ski check at the gondola a little earlier. That would have made the trip to the first lift even easier. The unit was perfect for our family (2 adults + 2 kids under 11). The stove kept the unit warm but it never got too hot or dry at night like many places do. We had to delay our arrival by a day due to road conditions but the mgmt company was very knowledgeable about the property and the area which was very helpful.

For us this place was perfect. We were lucky enough to have nights that dipped into the 40’s. Between the ceiling fans and 3 extra fans that the property management brought in the sleeping space was cooled down enough to sleep comfortably. Don’t cook spaghetti for dinner in the summertime though. We would stay here again.

Great place!
This place was perfect for our family of 4, walking distance to skiing, nice view from our deck of the mountains and trees. There was a little communication issue with check in. Tried to check in early and there was no chance even after asking prior to arrival, and then the cleaners chased us out as we finished packing starting promptly at 10am. Wasn't great customer service on the cleaners part. But we would stay again, the place itself was wonderful.

I felt the price was high for the accommodations. The key instructions were confusing and contact with the property manager was less than stellar. We had just spent 2 nights at the Hyatt and 2 nights at Timber Lodge which the accommodations were far more superior for less cost

Perfect Location
We loved our stay in this condo. Absolutely perfect Village location! Corner was clean and well-equipped. Plenty of supplies and dishes in the kitchen and lots of clean bedding. The loft bedroom areas to get rather hot perhaps unavoidable. Overall a wonderful stay in Tahoe!

Convenient Ski In Ski Out Location
The only downside to my stay was that the elevator was not working because of "major renovation" . It wouldn't have been that bad but the condo is on the 3rd floor and we had a heavy ice chest, 5 bikes, 5 sets of golf clubs and all of our luggage to bring up. It would have been really nice if the property management company had made this clear upon booking (could have looked elsewhere or discounted the stay). I don't believe there would have been a way up for somebody needing ADA requirements. Regardless we were there to ride bikes before the park closed for the season and that's just what we did. Had a blast and overall the place was very nice inside. The property was clean and there was plenty of room to put two air mattresses on the living room floor. Beds were comfortable and the tv was great. Fridge kept everything cold, there is an ice maker down the hall which was awesome for our cooler and hydration bladders. Would totally recommend a stay here if you don't mind hoofing it up three flights of stairs (4 from the garage).

Loved the updates made to this property. Of course, we wish the 2nd bedroom was bigger, and we stayed during a heatwave so upstairs was pretty hot, but I know that is Mother Nature for you. We loved being in the village. Northstar, on the whole, seemed so much more in tune with Covid-19 safety precautions than anywhere at the Lake. We ended up spending most of our time hiking around the property in order to stay away from the masses at the Lake!

We rented a third floor condo, with parking on a sub level. When we arrived, we found out from a sign that the elevator was not working. This caused me and my husband to carry all our luggage up four flights of stairs at 6000 feet of altitude. It would have been nice to know that the elevator was not working prior to arrival as that would have changed not only our desire to stay at the property, but also the type of packing that we did. It was a major inconvenience to have to climb four flights of stairs o. Arrival and departure with all our bags for 2 adults and 2 children. Additionally having to carry a small child up and down the stairs multiple times a day.

Great place to stay for a family ski week
Location and space was great for our family of four. The soundproofing (or lack thereof) does leave a little to be desired, but other than that a great space to enjoy a family ski week.
Suggestion: Fix/replace the dining table chairs. Several of the seats are separated from the chair bases and one of our kids pinched their finger between the disconnected pieces.

Prime location, just want you need.
Covered parking with elevator and bell carts or hike up 3 floors on stairs. Key is in lockbox on the condo door frame so you just need to code to get in. Two bedrooms are in the loft with just curtain between balcony and main living space so privacy is minimal. But the beds are cozy, the heater is warm, and there are two bathrooms with toiletries. We enjoyed the couch and blankets for wifi time and a movie. We played games at the table but the chairs were wobbly (simple for owner to fix). Dont' need to worry about groceries as store is across the village walkway (less than 50yds away).

What an excellent long weekend!
My wife and I spent a long weekend in the Northstar Village at Natural Retreats' accommodations and it was amazing. Everything was very clean and in wonderful condition, from the bathrooms and bedding to the kitchen and dining area. We arrived for our check in, and there was every bit of information we needed printed and provided on the kitchen table, from general questions to nearby restaurant recommendations and things to do. The location is suburb -- we were steps from the ski in ski out gondola, rentals, and overnight storage options at the village. And, with the nice window shading, we slept like champs! Thank you and we will be back!
