Appartement sympathique, au cœur d’Istanbul

Appartement type suite, composé de 3 chambres séparées, avec dans chacune salle de bain, toilettes et coin cuisine/salon. Je pense qu’elles peuvent être louées chacune indépendamment mais vu qu’on était 7, c’était sympa de pouvoir avoir accès entre nos chambres directement. Emplacement à 2 minutes du quartier Karakoy, arrêt de métro le plus proche à 3 minutes (Tophane). Le personnel très agréable et accueillant.

Limité au niveau des produits du quotidien (sacs poubelle, papier toilettes…)

highly recommend, the property is located in the heart of the Istanbul, nice restaurant everywhere even 2 cozy cafe downstairs. I enjoyed staying there.

Внимательный управляющий и администратор Ильяс, говорит на русском, все вопросы решались мгновенно. помогли с трансфером, организовали ужин на Босфоре. замечательная терраса и вид на Стамбул. в отеле есть недостатки, но они не критичны. чистое постельное белье, ежедневная уборка. в отеле есть лифт. расположен удобно, главное с картой разобраться.

отсутствие кофе по утрам, можно было организовать на террасе легкий кофе.

From the moment i walked through the door, i was impressed with the warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Honestly, every thing was perfect. Though to achieve perfection, there are improvements to be made in terms of cleanliness and equipment.

Lovely staff but hotel not quite up to standard. Not really worth the price paid.

Lovely, friendly staff. Very helpful and respectful. Great location, with tram stop very close by.

The quality was really not up to standard - especially for the price we paid. WiFi was patchy at best Toilet spray and flush faulty Mattress was sunken and filthy (and the flat sheet wasn't large enough so kept coming loose even just by sitting on the bed)

I did not like anything in the property.

The property lacks cleanliness, and their dishonesty was evident when, upon my check-in, they relocated me to a building separate from the hotel. Their claim of bugs was unfounded, as I discovered. Furthermore, they had no available rooms. I strongly discourage anyone from visiting this place.

Pleasant

The building is well located so you can easily walk to the main tourist attractions - there are also lots of restaurants and interesting shops nearby. The two different managers during our stay were very helpful. There are a couple of good coffee shops nearby and it's an easy walk from the ferry (uphill).

The apartment was advertised as self-contained and has a small kitchen but there is no cooking equipment provided - just a few glasses and a kettle? This did not look like the photos from our booking. The sheets on the bed were too small for the mattress and there was an intermittent smoke smell coming into the room from below.

Fantastic

Location was perfect. The big terrasse and view was wonderful. The staff were very helpful. We would very much like to come back.

The apartment was a bit “used” but to the price is was ok. A pair of sunbeds would be nice to have on the terrasse.

Very good

The location is perfect. Close to Taksim, Istiklal Street, Bosphorus, and all historical places. There is no need for a car. In all cases, there is no place to park. Minutes walking only.

The building is old, and the interiors need a lot of renovation. Furniture and kitchen equipment as well. But, overall it a great value of money.

Location— it was close to Galata tower but not many good options for food and grocery in the vicinity. Would have had to walk a good 10-15 minutes to find that

The lobby of the hotel is very narrow and not welcoming

the location is great and the staff were very welcoming, helpful and gentil

the mattress were not very comfortable the pictures give you a different impression from the reality

all in all, nice location, but you have to understand that is old building and not perfectly clean inside.

New plumbing, good bathroom. Good view of the city on the roof

The rooms have a damaged floor in some places, and on the carpet in the hallway in front of the room was a big stain. Also was not nice smell (seems like smb smoke before)

We enjoyed our stay. Good value for money. Friendly and helpful staff.

Staff was very friendly and helpful with routes and directions. Close (but steep) walk to Glata Tower and Sishane Metro Close to Topane Tram stop Room neat and cleaned frequently They organised a camping cot for us. Elevator in building.

Pictures looked better than the unit self. Drainage in shower was slow. Bathroom lacked ventilation. Area had great spots and spots that looked delapidated. Steep steps to entrance.

Disappointing

Location - was close to the tram, masjid, and eating areas.

A bit of a disappointment. Descriptions made it seems it would be a decent hotel, but it left a lot to be desired. A lot of the times there was no one at the front desk. They have a WhatsApp number to reach them, but the hotels wifi was horrible and you couldn't reach them. Some of the staff took forever responding to requests. If there was a time someone was at the front desk - you'd see a new person. Over the course of our stay, we saw 5 different front desk people. Wifi sucked. It would never work. You'd be connected but have no internet. The room quality was not like the pictures shown. The shower was in the bathtub - on a raised platform, so the head of the hand shower was level with your shoulders. Great height for a 3 foot child. The tub looked like it wasn't cleaned in a very long time - they said it was stained because of the water. Washroom had a moldy odour to it. Sofa beds are futons. Decent for children. Horrible support for adults. Walls are paper thin. You could hear the neighboring rooms blowing their nose and kids jumping on the beds. Outside street can get busy and partiers kept on partying way past 1 am and you hear everything! Decent budget hotel. Should be a 2 star hotel. Have absolutely no expectations and you'll enjoy it.
