Everything was very clean but despite us not having any food in the room we had ants

Clean and lovely position parking very close loved it there
Front door lock is difficult open sometimes and the rooftop spa baths wasn’t working there 2 there both not working

Location is great
It is very run down. Only one jacuzzi working and wonky tiles and broken glass screens on the roof. The atrium in the middle should have had a water feature but it was switched off.

The beds were comfortable, the shower was spacious, there was a safe and the location was good (apart from the sound of the bin men every day). Housekeeping was amazing.
The hot tubs on the third floor were not working properly with one being taped off. The terrace flooring was not safe. The A/C was unavailable for the first few days of being there. There was no receptionists or hotel staff available, the normal and emergency hotel numbers were not available when we called. One day me and my partner went out for a few hours, came back to our hotel room door wide open and staff keys in the door, we believe our valuables could have been stolen if we came home later than we did. The staff didn’t retrieve them until the next day. We had some money and are unsure if part of it was stolen as when we got back to the room, the safe was open.
