Staff, room & facilities excellent.💞

The staff were amazing. The breakfast was really good. Pool area quiet & well set out, the pool was lovely.

We liked everything. We will definitely stay again.🥰

Relajación y buen trato

Excelente, lo mejor de corralejo, por eso soy repetidor, me encanta la habitación 211, siempre pediré esa, muy relajante..

Poder quedarme hasta la tarde pagando algo más, pero no me dejaron, yo trabajo en lanzarote en el hotel la santa sport y se que eso se puede hacer siempre que no se ocupe..

Lovely Hotel

Hotel in good position with a nice 10 min walk along the harbour to main strip. We had a side sea view on floor 2 & it was perfect for us, we would go for a wander in the morning & got the full sun on the balcony from around 1 till 4pm, so I could top the tan up, whilst my hubby had a siesta, before going out in the evening. We never used the pool area for this reason, but it looked lovely. There is a restaurant attached, we never used as only there 7 days & was other places we wanted to go but will definitely try on our next visit & also a bar/snack area by the pool. It was our 6th time to the town but 1st time staying here & we enjoyed it that much we booked for longer next January, whilst we where waiting to go to the airport! A lovely place for a quiet relaxing break 😊👍

The mattress was extremely soft & with 2 ppl on it, it then dipped into the middle. So not a solid night's sleep. But that hasn't put us off staying again

Sehr schönes Hotel für einen Kurztripp.

Zentrale Lage, sehr sauber und freundliches Personal. Das Frühstück a la carte war äff gut.

Es ist Straßenlärm zu hören.

Increíble por el precio.

Los apartamentos están limpios y bien equipados. La piscina es grande y hay hamacas cómodas. Se puede alquilar toallas. Está muy cerca del puerto, y solo 10 minutos caminando de la zona de los bares y restaurantes.

Area Good . Room Very bad experience

Close to town . and sea front for walks

The Holiday was described as front line apartment so I could get a sea breeze and watch the ferries i brought binoculars. What a joke . This was not the case . So the description was deceiving. The apartment was way down on a side street. my view was of Jet2 offices and apartments . With heavy Lorrie’s disturbance early morning. And even earlier between 4:15 and 5:15 a.m was disturbed by very loud bin men . ( These two are obviously not the hotels fault but still disturbed us not every week but every morning for 10 days .) regarding sea view paid for . You need a neck like a camel to stretch out to see the sea . It’s the worst apt I’ve stayed in 50 years of traveling for the price charged worldwide. I need another holiday to catch up with lack of sleep and recover from mosquito bites. the utensils I’ve had more when camping. i.e. one item per person. not really suitable and tiny area to make any food. On top of that it was my holiday from hell getting bitten alive by mosquitoes in the room. as when you open the room door it was like opening an oven door and that is in January. Soaking wet at night unable to sleep. There was a fan which wasn’t much use and they have a timer on it . A very mean small room more like a boot camp from my experiences. Never Again

No lo recomiendo

La habitación con vistas al mar, pero era un suplemento aparte. Los empleados súper amables en todo y el trato excepcional.

Demasiado caro para lo que ofrece, además no tienen servicio de limpieza de habitación los domingos. El ascensor es lentísimo y las terrazas carecen de privacidad entre habitaciones. Los baños son mejorables, en mi caso el WC estaba atascado. No tienen aire acondicionado en las habitaciones.

If I could give it a 0 I would

It had a pool and it had a gym

If i could give this 0 stars i would. Upon arrival we were given room 206. This was facing the sun and was like a sauna when we entered. We immediately put the fan on and opened the patio doors and it was just rotating the hot air absolutely scorching. The smell of lemon in the room which was the spray to prevent Cockroaches was so over powering I was coughing non stop immediately. Then I went to the kitchen to get a glass for some water and there were ants riddled everywhere. I went to reception to complain and she advised we could not cancel our booking or change it to 1 night. This was down to booking.com. I rang booking.com and was on hold forever and they said it's down to the hotel so basically passed from pillar to post. with an extortionate phone call and no happy outcome. Reception eventually did agree to change our rooms. Again still ants in the kitchen and rusty fan that was so dirty we were circulating dust and muck on us if we used it. We were unable to open both patio doors as one had rusted so badly. So we could only have one open. The pillows were so flat on the beds that you might as well have slept on a sun lounger on the beach it would have been more comfortable. I will say the restaurant staff were polite, friendly and that is because they don't work for the hotel. They work for the restaurant. The breakfast was really nice. The evening meal not great unless you like peppers onions and everything swimming in oil. After one night I couldn't face sleeping in that room constantly coughing and it being boiling i had to pay for another hotel. I went back to dunas club on the day of checkout and there was an error with my coach transfer and they wouldn't help. When I was explaining to her she said in an aggressive tone "WHAT, EXPLAIN CLEARLY" rudest ppl I've ever encountered in my life. She then said nothing I can do take it up yourself.

Pleasant hotel for easy hop in and out of Lobos island.

Super close to the ferry dock for Lobos island and walking distance to all restaurants and entertainment. Clean bathrooms and friendly staff. Two bothrooms in our apartment was a bonus. Quiet and pleasant.

Very basic amenities and kitchen supplies. Thought there would be ocean view but only either street or pool view were available.

the location and the waitresses serving breakfast were excellent

did not get a sea view balcony as I had reserved and paid for . I discussed this with the reception and she said it wasn’t possible . rooms were not serviced , even though requested . had to ask for towels , soap etc

Dunas club

Apartment was nice and pool area was good too, also we had problems at first with electric tripping and going off but this was quickly sorted for us, staff friendly, was next to marina, good location, 10 min walk to shops and bars

Unfortunately our room was directly opposite building work which started at 7.00am, if we had been informed of this we could have booked different rooms as there we're other options when booking, we did ask to change rooms but said they were full and to come back Friday, but as that would be the weekend it wasn't much help to us, so not much of a rest !
