Perfect apartment layout for a family of 5. Extremely clean, great location. Staff were fabulous. Pools well kept and a good variety of daily & nightly entertainment. Would definitely stay again.
We enjoyed the all inclusive buffet in general but we have some fussy eaters so we went out for food on a few occasions.

The pools were beautiful
Our suite was very far away from the pools and the bar and restaurants. We were told we had an upgrade….it was a two bedroom suite, for a couple, miles from amenities. In future I will remember an upgrade may not an upgrade. We didn’t need two rooms. I would have preferred one room closer to the pools etc.

We found the staff so helpful and pleasant from housekeeping staff through to management. Food was excellent, IMHO, a great selection of hot and cold foods, and cleanliness was maintained, again in IMHO, to a high standard.
As it was a short stay, I cannot comment honestly.

Rooms were a good size and well laid out. Very clean and comfortable . Food good.
Let down by Lack of sunbeds. Poorly staffed bars. Lack of management overseeing staff and ensuring staff aware of all inclusive drinks on the menu. Too few bar staff on duty and they tried their best. Food hall chaotic with little organisation.
