Resturants and food was fantastic, the hotel offered a lot of space so was not crowed anywhere, hotel staff were very helpfully and friendly. Room was good.
Bathroom was good however the toilett was much too small, too low and too narrow, difficult to reach the toilett paper, was wrongly placed,
I would have preferred a sand beach entrance to the ocean water.

Quality of rooms/ food/ relaxation/ pool area and spa / gym facilities.
Staff were all lovely and very helpful.
Location: close proximity to ruined buildings, no decent beach

The gym was very good, the room was very well cleaned every day the staff were super friendly
The entertainment was very poor, there was only one bar open at night which was at the foyer in the hotel. We weren't told that the other bars were closed.
The use of two single beds in the room which weren't even connected was very poor when I had requested a double bed at booking.
There was no coffee dock or snack facilities which I would expect in a 5 star rated hotel. I realise there was a sit down area at the foyer but nothing more casual.
