Nous avons aimé notre chambre. Très propre. Très spacieuse et lit comfortable. Le personnel au bar/restaurant (Pedro, Cobi, David, Gonzalo…) très sympathique, serviable, souriant et accueillant. Les animateurs (Alba, Ruben…) très accueillant et mettent l’ambiance. La réception (Antonio…) très accueillant et à notre service, toujours souriant. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour comme habitude. A l’année prochaine

Location from the boat
The fruit selection at the restaurant was amazing the fresh fruit everyday and the postres were the best part.
Hotel room was full of baby cockroaches… I spoke to reception and they said it’s the hot weather which I understand but there was only 1 big cockroach. The bathroom and kitchen had so many little black baby ones running around which is a problem nothing to do with weather. I asked for cockroach spray and I collected it from reception on the 2nd day
The entertainment staff could do with a microphone to announce the activities. Not one of the animación came round the pool with the slides to ask to participate.
Sunbeds for the first 2 days OMG what a system you have and the reception staff are putting the blame on the lifeguards which is wrong they take orders from the hotel.
The food was very repetitive especially from lunchtime to evening the same foods recooked and heated and unedible. The boiled eggs in the morning recooked and burnt.
