The room was spotless, had everything you needed for an overnight stay, it was very quiet. We had our own bathroom just outside the bedroom. The breakfast items were in the room, cereals bread croissants tea coffee biscuits fruit chocolates. Fresh milk in the little fridge and orang3 juice and yours butter and marmalade

Excellent location for my purposes, a warm welcome, and a lovely bathroom and shower.
I wasn’t aware that this would be a self serve breakfast to be taken in my room. It was perfectly acceptable, cereals, tea and coffee, fresh milk, bread, toaster etc., however almost all B&B’s that I have stayed in provide an option of a hot breakfast.

A nice selection of breakfast and milk and juice supplied, along with biscuits tea and coffee and water etc.
Toiletries supplied which was great, really clean and a nice TV in the room for relaxed moments.
Any cutlery and utensils used were washed by the hosts daily which was nice.
Hosts were lovely and accommodating, and felt that if anything was needed it could be asked for. Very pleasant stay.
Would have been a bit better for the bathroom to have been en suite, but Tony mentioned this was an intended work for later in the year and it’s good that it’s been actioned.
