An authentic turn-of-the-century Victorian, designer decorated and furnished in a coastal "Vibe" theme with modern, elegant amenities. This uniquely decorated interior with modern furnishings, appliances and unmatched amenities showcase the classic Victorian-period features. The house is certain to provide your family and friends with an experience they will never forget. Unquestionably one of the most luxurious, large Pier homes to feature a huge parking area and green-grass back yard available for your family vacation or special event . The eight Bedrooms have all new, comfortable spring-mattress beds for each guest. (no sleeper sofas or futon beds here!). In total. the house accommodates up to 20 people in air-conditioned comfort. Guests will sleep in sparkling clean, freshly laundered, already made-up beds with full towel sets for each guest. The Fully Equipped Remodeled Kitchen is complete with dinnerware, cookware and utensils for all your guests. Plus, we've added a fantastic new separate Breakfast/Coffee/Wine Bar Kitchenette and lounge area on the 2nd floor. Make memories while enjoying meals together outside or in our inside dining room. Relax and have your special event catered. We will provide a list of wonderful caterers and tent companies to provide a memorable, catered event inside or outside in the large, sunny backyard. Outdoor living at the property is unparalleled being only one block to the beach. We provide a large wheeled beach cart to carry all the beach gear you may need, right to your favorite spot by the waves. Of course, everyone will enjoy the large deck and dining tables to accommodate each person in your group. Additionally, a guest favorite is the large tiled, adjacent patio with outdoor seating nestled under the shade of a massive maple tree. The new gourmet Weber Grill plus a smaller traditional Weber is large enough to prepare favorite summer meals for all to savor. Also, there is an outside upper deck on the 2nd floor and a huge back yard lawn for outside games and sports. Of course, after a day at the beach, refresh yourself with a warm outdoor shower. Wireless Internet and large HDTVs throughout will meet all of your entertainment and communication needs. Watching favorite movies or streaming channels on either of the 3 Large HDTVs will accommodate your group's most diverse entertainment choices. We had a wonderful time! The house is so close to the beach and it’s beautiful inside! I would recommend staying here for any big group- plenty of space, great communication from Robin and the house very clean when we arrived.

We had 4 families with babies/toddlers stay in the home for a long weekend and it worked out great! The house is walkable to the beach even with toddlers and babies in tow. There were plenty of bedrooms for everyone and the rooms were big enough for pack and plays. We had a number of babies sleeping in the house with other babies crying, and the house is so big that they never woke each other up! The only quirky thing about the home was that the living space was on the second floor so we did have to bring a gate from home. Overall our stay was perfect!

With plenty of bedrooms and 3 baths, this is a wonderful home for a family get together. We hosted a Groom’s Family Open House on a beautiful evening and the lovely yard, multiple porches, and first and second story decks made for a great cocktail and dessert party. We had to herd people inside at 10 (way past our 7-9 intention) to honor the noise ordinance and respect the delightful neighborhood. Guests couldn’t get over how beautiful the house is - especially after we filled it with flowers from The Farmer’s Daughter. So beautiful that I checked the listing after seeing the “For Sale” sign out front. I hope the next owner keeps all the charm!

It was our 3rd trip to the area, our favorite location. Kind and responsive hosts. There were a few little things with the house that were not ideal, but overall we were happy with the stay. The backyard and patio areas are great! Short walk to the town beach.

The house was as advertised. Many beds, rooms, very cool layout, lots of private parking, AWESOME back yard. Are is close to the beach and near a few coffee shops/restaurants. Could not have been an easier checkin/check out. 10/10 would stay again.

Everyone in our group enjoyed this home. It is well appointed and beautifully decorated. Beds are comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed and the house was very clean. We enjoyed the outdoor space and the 2nd floor living room. Short walk to the beach as well as a few shops and resturants. We had a great time!

First expect to pay 15% more. The contract states 150 days before you show up they can charge you up to 15% more. 151 days before we arrived they hit our group with 15%
Also 8 bedroom are not really 8. There is a bedroom inside of a bedroom. Someone needs to go through a room to get to a room. I wish we knew this ahead of time. That was a problem!!!
Caution for drywall screws sticking out of furniture. Other than those issues it was a good rental.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The house is spacious, lovely and extremely clean. The kids especially loved the yard. The beach is in walking distance, as well as some shops and restaurants. We would definitely vacation here again. Robin was a wonderful host.

We had a nice stay at this house- Plenty of room to accommodate 16 people. Quick walk to beach- but you will have to pay daily for a beach pass (badges are not included). We grilled most nights and even did a day trip to Newport; which was about 25 mins away.

The house is a short walk to the beach and some stores. The floor plan worked great for us, we weren’t on top of each other. Everything throughout the house was labeled with directions which made it easy. The house is beautiful and the beds were super comfortable. We loved the porch and there is room in the back to set up a volley ball net. If I had to say a negative…the WiFi is really slow but otherwise we would love to come back next year.

This rental is a far cry from "luxurious."
When we booked this rental, it was advertised as "Our "COASTAL COTTAGE" SEASIDE VICTORIAN is Narragansett Pier's most luxurious large home available for your vacation or special event. Updated this year with designer furnishings, appliances and unmatched amenities..."
From the moment we arrived, we were surprised by the condition of the property. The backyard was littered with dry leaves and other debris that no one had swept up. Upon walking to the back door, we see a sign that tells us to kick the metal plate to open the door. When we enter, we see a sign on one of the chairs to be careful because it's damaged. We do not consider no-brand, broken furniture, "designer furnishings."
Even though the property charged us a hefty cleaning fee, there were passive-aggressive messages all around the house with threats of additional cleaning charges. For example, there were messages in the bathrooms to the “ladies” that if they get make-up on the towels, then there would be an additional cleaning fee. We’re pretty sure there were messages in every room with threats of additional fees or rules. This is the first time we've ever seen such a practice. It made staying there uncomfortable, and extremely embarrassing as hosts to have our guests experience such tacky inhospitality.
Within 4 hours of our arrival, we discover that the 2nd floor bathroom leaks into the 1st floor bathroom and therefore, the ONLY bathtub in the house is out of commission. This became highly inconvenient since our autistic son is scared of showers. Not to mention that we were stuck with only 2 indoor showers for 10 people, along with day guests who visited.
When I sign on to work, I find that the internet connection is not great, and it takes double the amount of time for my computer to complete the same tasks as it does at home. Moreover, my brother who had a pressing deadline had to go somewhere else to work with adequate internet.
The owner harassed us about not reporting the use of a tent and demanded an extra payment for the tent by falsely alleging that it was in the contract: but when we reviewed the contract after our trip, we discovered that the notice and fee for the tent is only when a gathering would have 20-40 people. Yet, nothing was offered for the fact that one of the 3 bathrooms was out of commission. We paid for a luxury rental with 3 bathrooms, but we ended up staying in an old house with broken stuff.

The property accomidated 5 adult couples very comfortably. It is an easy walk to the beach and restaurants. The house seems to be very well maintained and is clean and well laid out. However, it is located on a very busy street and street noise was at times an issue. There are lots of sightseeing opportunities in the area and we had an enjoyable stay.

Overall excellent, beautiful home and location. We loved it and would definitely consider renting again.
Two small recommendations; 1) I had to go through all the garbage cans and green bag a lot of loose trash, recyclables and white trash bags that were in the bins when we arrived - would think that would be part of the clean up process before checking in -- and I know we didn't park correctly when they picked up the Tuesday trash and 2) would be good to build in the cost of the beach passes into the rental fee so you don't have to pay everyday at the pavilion...would just make things easier....thanks and we loved your home!! We stayed here on Memorial Day Weekend for my mom's 70th birthday and it was perfect!
It rained all weekend and were stuck in the house but we still had fun bc this house is so big.
So many bedrooms, so many different places to hang out, and the location is unbeatable.
We may rent this house every summer!

This house was EXACTLY what we were looking for!! Such a beautifully designed home with such comfy and gorgeous colors. . Hannah made this a phenomonal transactiion and couldn"t have been anymore helpful. Not only was the house so close to beach but walkable to everything else . The house just oozed family time. The house was very very clean. Entire cleaning crew were actually pretty great too. I'd love to go back!

What an incredible property! We travelled with a group of 13, 6 adults and 7 children. There was more than ample space for our group. Upon arrival (we arrived early) we found a group of 6+ people cleaning the property and found everything impeccable. We also opted for the Covid cleaning, which gave us additional peace of mind. The owners have clearly thought about it and provide just about anything you might need to enjoy their home and the area. The outdoor decks and yard were perfect for enjoying some time after our days at the beautiful beach. The beds, linen and amenities were designed with both style and comfort in mind. I have never slept in a more comfortable bed while on vacation. The beach wagon made getting to and from the beach a breeze and the outdoor shower was great to hose down our sandy kids! Robin made sure that we knew that he was available throughout our stay if we needed anything. He provided great recommendations for local seafood and even came over to bring a separate grille for a lobster boil. We will definitely be back! Thank you again for sharing your beautiful home with us.
