Outrageous, noisy running up and down hallways until after 2 AM animal house times 100.

The location, and that it was extremely clean

I didn’t like the fact that there was a cheerleading competition going on and I had to listen to kids running all night up and down the hallways when I was trying to take a mom‘s mental health break and get some rest. The noise level was out of control, I did call the desk and they were doing their absolute best to keep these kids under control. Unfortunately, the parents were not cooperating. To be totally honest with you. It was the worst stay ever. I take care of my dad who has Alzheimer’s and dementia and every once in a while I like to just get away by myself, so that I can sleep a solid night get a good nights rest. And this night was I don’t even know how to describe it beyond outrageous, animal House, times 10. I will say that your staff did the best that they could, and it was beyond their control.

Very close to everything that our family needs. Consistently pleasant stays.

I can always count on Marriott hotels. Clean, comfortable, and the staff is friendly. The breakfast was very good too!

Perfect for a weekend away!

We stayed in a King suite and it was very roomy. We worked part of our trip and we’re pleased with our space. Fantastic location for exploring beaches, Narragansett and Newport. All are 20 minutes or less away.

We wished they had an outdoor pool and a hot tub.

It was ok but not as gorgeous d as Hilton’s Homeeoid Suites for instance. Those are true suites

Quiet, good location, a/c not noisy

No place to put suitcases, right closet space, was not really a “suite”— o real separation between living room and bed area, bathroom shower grimy around doors and breakfast was terrible… could offer one healthy cereal like Raisin Bran, eggs cold, bacon like shoe leather

Overall I had an enjoyable stay.

The property was quiet, clean, and comfortable. the bed was very comfortable. it was perfect after a long day of driving.

I didn’t like that the lobby is locked. I arrived to check in at a late time and there was no one at the front desk. I rang and rang the bell to have the front door unlocked and when no one answered I rang the hotel phone. I also knocked. finally someone arrives after maybe ten or fifteen minutes of ringing and knocking.

The size of the room was good, the room was comfortable. there was food available for purchase in the lobby rooms were well appointed

Breakfast had many missing items. No peanut butter or cream cheese, for example. Had to wait for coffee at peak times. Staff very friendly and apologetic though.

Enjoyable

Nice breakfast clean room stayed there before location was convenient to visit two good friends in area.

Went thru Bookings instead of Marriott direct and saved $160.00 in room fees. Didn’t understand Marriott pricing policy.

Wonderful vacation getaway near Narragansett.

The room was exceptional, clean and updated. The staff was attentive, friendly and professional. The location was ideal, close to beaches, a short drive to Newport, and URI.

We found the property very well maintained. We liked everything.
