I had to park in the back of hotel with my truck an boat trailer next morning someone had stabbed my tires on my trailer didn’t relize it till I picked up my boat an tires were flat on 2 of them will never stay there again!!!!!!

The property is nice. My family and I stayed here for the weekend so we can go to the nordic lodge lobster feast. From the hotel to the Nordic its about 20 minutes. The only complaint I have about this hotel was my bed. My bed was broken.

Love the restaurant high quality Italian food, attentive, friendly wait staff. The hotel is quiet, clean and the bed are very comfortable. Very convenient to the University of Rhode Island

I thought the hotel was very nice, but it would have been nicer to have breakfast included. $12.95 seems like an awful on top of the bill to pay for breakfast when other hotels include it in their service.

We come here from Utah couple times a year to visit family in Rhode Island. We love this hotel. Staff goes above and beyond and rooms always clean. Restaurant is amazing. We will always stay here

The room was ok, but needs some updates like carpet, bathroom, tv remote hardly worked, could hear other toilets flushing all night, or some noise like that, landscapers were around blowing leaves til 6 pm. Otherwise it was just ok.

The room itself was nice but disappointed in the bathroom. I felt it was very out of date. The shower did not look clean to me. My daughter and I didn’t take showers due to the shower looking permanently dirty looking. The plumbing was loud and could heat the people next door flushing every time. However, the living space was nice.

We were in town for a high school football travel game. The lobby was very nice. I had hi expectations. However once I turned the corner to go to our room it changed. The hotel hallways and rooms desperately need to be updated to match the lobby and restaurant. The rooms need serious attention. For a one night stay it was just okay. We ate dinner in the Italian restaurant attached to the hotel. It was very very delicious! Wish we lived closer. We would make it a regular visit on a Saturday night.

Our only concern was the bathroom door would not close. They came up and repaired the next day and it was better , but still tough to open. Also it rained the day's we were there and the window was leaking the morning we left. We did inform management. It appears some macitence or QA would be in order. However everyone we spoke to was courteous and responded to our concerns.

The property itself is getting to be outdated. It’s a pretty average hotel, nothing more nothing less. The most inconvenient issue is that after checking in, the elevator is about a mile walk from the front desk on a carpeted floor which makes it difficult to push suitcases etc. Makes no sense.

The room was great. Beds are comfortable. Air conditioning so nice. The pool was very nice. We were very disappointed that the restaurant/bar was closed. We specifically came back to hotel to grab a bite to eat and a drink. It was closed on Labor Day, a busy travel day. Overall, a good experience. The front desk staff was great. Kyla was great.

This was our third stay at this location. Last year we had no issues whatsoever so we were confident in our stay this time around. However, our room had many issues. The door didn’t shut tight on its own, the bathroom door had to be shoved closed hard, the bathroom skink was backed up and filled up every time you turned it on, the outlets were faulty and the lamp kept turning on and off. Our fridge kept shutting off on us. I put in a complaint at the front desk and was told maintenance would check out our complaints and if they could not be resolved they would move our room. They did not move us nor improve anything other than the faulty outlet. Housekeeping was very pleasant and did a wonderful job keeping us stocked and our room clean. The location is perfect for us but seeing as we weren’t respected guests even though I booked this august trip back in April, we won’t be staying here again.

Had a nice stay overall but did find dirty piece of clothing in the drawer and also was a smell in the room. A/C would also not consistently be running throughout night. Staff was very friendly though.

Wish there was a full breakfast instead of buffet. Needed more than two towels, two hand towel, two wash cloth's for two people, especially staying multiple days. If just staying overnight, that would be plenty.

Price and reasonable proximity to Newport was a great option. Breakfast option was good. Nice pool area and wooded quiet surroundings for a commercial area.
